I ordered a LG washing machine in the middle of the night on the Best Buy App. The pick up location was the distribution center in Ontario. The customer service in the front reception area was great. She showed me exactly where to go where to park and even gave me a picture map of exactly where I would be picking up my washing machine. I was worried about loading because I came alone, but they assured me not to worry that they would load for me. Overall I had a great pickup experience at this location. read more

Refrigerator drama. My mother has mobility issues and her refrigerator broke over Christmas. She orders a Frigidaire side by side in white and it has a 2 week delivery date, so she waits. They call her to pull in the date by 4 days and she is excited as she has been without a refrigerator. The delivery goes smoothly and of course fills the refrigerator. 5 days later the refrigerator is not working. She calls Best Buy and they say can't be refrigerator and they suggest she call an electrician. The electrician (who charges $150 for the service call) comes out and it is not an electrical problem. So now back to Best Buy. They finally send a service person out and he confirms it's a bad motor on the refrigerator. Best Buy can replace in another 2 weeks. So my mother is again without a refrigerator and out server hundred dollars for food and electrician. Best Buy service states they can send a repairman out and 3 days later he shows up, but doesn't have the parts. He orders the parts and has them delivered to my mom but he never comes back. Customer service has no good excuse, just he is busy on other calls and will get back to you soon Finally the new refrigerator is delivered. The delivery person is rude to my mother and her caregiver and doesn't fully assemble the refrigerator (door handles not secure, shelves left at bottom). The new refrigerator is a different (less expensive) model than the original ordered one and when my mother asked for a price adjustment, she was told that the model is no longer a cheaper price. The customer service provided is below standard and I know I will find somewhere else to shop. read more

Never picking up anything from here again. I got here at 2 pm after getting notified that my order was ready to be picked up. When I got to the door they had a sign that said that they were closed from 1pm-3pm. I understand that they may want to close for sanitation reasons, but at least let us know in advanced. Not only that , they did not open will call until 3:15pm. When I finally got in to get my order brought up, I was number 4, and was not able to get my order till 4 pm. The only reason I would give two stars is only because the guys loading up my purchase were nice, and helped me load quick. I will make sure to go to my regular store with a store front next time. The stores curbside service is so much better and quicker. I'm glad to have gotten out to be able get back before curfew implemented by the city. I dropped my iPhone off 3 weeks ago. I was told it would be fixed or swapped out in a couple of days. 3 weeks later I still can't get an update on when it will be fixed. The geek squad staff are for the most part extremely rude and treat you like you are at their mercy. The last guy I spoke to said there is no calling Apple there is no way to speed this up. There is nothing you can do. Too bad. He was a real jerk!!!! He said didn't they tell you this when you dropped the phone off? It was the opposite. The tech told me he was writing a certain diagnosis so it wouldn't have to go through a bunch of testing. He said it would be 3 days tops.. I paid the deductible $100. I have Apple Care warranty. I have paid on for 3 years at $12.99 a month. I think next time I will go with the network insurance or go straight to an Apple Store. I used to give all of my business to Best Buy for Nikon cameras, laptops, desktops, cellphones, refrigerator, air fryer etc Not after this experience. I ordered a gas range for this warehouse pickup due to my current stove having too many problems and being +20 years old. I'm not going to lie, I was terrified after I saw these reviews. I set aside 3 hours because I was afraid of a freak show. After checking in and about 40 minutes of waiting, I was told to get in line by the main gate and reverse into Dock #901. There were already four cars/people ahead of me, but at least the ball was rolling. Okay, I guess this is where I was expecting to wait an hour. The warehouse workers were seriously hauling booty to get each persons order picked and loaded. Coincidently when I got in line, someone was asking about their order, so I decided to check too after it caused a chain reaction of everyone asking. I also asked the others in line how long they have already waited, and to my surprise they waited less time than me! The skinny guy with tattoos was extremely courteous and moving FAST, including the forklift drivers. My order was #42 and my package was right at the front in plain view, but the next order was #48, I guess someone forgot to call me. I waited by the dock for less than 10minutes in total and when it is your turn they help guide you reverse to the dock, then they will load into your car for you with concern for your vehicle to not cause any damage. They loaded the 210 lb package into my Sienna for me and made sure to not scratch up the bumper in the process. I supposed most people only leave reviews when they're pissed and the ones that are satisfied just don't bother. I was in and out in less than an hour after expecting a poop show so I was overall pleased with my experience. I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but that would require the entire process to be quicker, but the initial waiting after check in was a bit long. Don't be too scared of these monstrous reviews, but do make sure you can set aside some time for your pickup. read more

Monday came around, and I get a call with the delivery guy saying he can't find my address. Being that its brand new community. I tried to give him directions to my home, and he refused to take it. First the customer experience was horrible, I am a operations supervisor and I can tell you that your skeleton crew you got working on Saturday need direction, they are completely out of sinc. Their communication between the office and warehouse needs a lot of attention. I waited more than 1 hr and half just to pick up a washer. You had more unhappy customer waiting in line. The sense of urgency was not there. Also the associate went to pick the item and picked the wrong item I pointed it out to him. I asked if he was new he said he needed more training. I picked up a clothes washer at this BestBuy Ontario, California warehouse on May 31, 2023 (weekday) and was treated well started from a front desk personnel, she explained how and where to pull my vehicle to pick up my ordered. Both of the warehouse workers were friendly and very patient allowed me to inspect my item carefully for any unexpected before signing the release paper, they even explained if the clothes washer should have any issues, I need to go to the local BestBuy retail store. All total of time started from checking in to loading item to my vehicle was less than 35 minutes, I was totally impressed, not 2 hours as other reviewers stated. We get home n see there a giant hole! they loaded it into our truck with the hole face down of course.
