Gabriel at Appliances Helper was recommended to me by our mutual friend. I called him and he understood the problem right away. There had been a technical failure in the HVAC iPad controller that was not working correctly. Not only did he come out right away but he called a couple of times to confirm the time, so some awesome customer service work right there! He showed up with his tech assistant and they worked on the problem for over an hour. In the end he told me that I had to get the company techs to come look at it and that eh wold not be able to fix it for me. What did he charge? NOTHING.
