He immediately knew the heating element in the bottom of the oven was not working. It's amazing how he knew the exact problems my dryer had without even opening it up but just by listening to it and feeling it. He had all the parts needed and didn't have to come back. Our Dryer stopped working and I was back on Yelp looking for a repair person. I found Smile Appliance repair. I left a message through Yelp after 6:00 p.m. on a Friday. I got a call within a few minutes and Eugene was at my house early the next day! Eugene tore the whole dryer apart to find the problem part. He replaced it. Turns out that the part wasn't the issue. After some more diagnostic test, Eugene found the problem. He had to ordered it, but he returned in a few days and the dryer works. Unfortunately, the total cost, while reasonable for the amount of time spent, could probably have been better spent on a new dryer. But then, I probably would have needed a new washer too.
