The finishing details and clean-up are what separated a 5* review to a 4. Technician cleaned the pumping system on the dishwasher, and it seemed to be working fine. A couple of days later it failed again and had to call them back. No problem, normal course of action in my opinion. It seemed to be working when he was here so no need to change the pump if not truly needed. Came back today and changed the pump, no it all works fantastic. The finishing details is what I would recommend they pay attention to in the future, and for other customers to pay attention to. The extended sink nozzle wouldn't come out anymore after the first visit, it was now wrapped around the dishwasher drain line after he reassembled it. Also, the dishwasher was mounted too far forward, so the silverware drawer would hit it. Lastly, the clean-up. He left and I have a pile of stuff from under the sink over to the side, a bucket full of dirty water sitting there, a pile of towels thrown in the corner of the kitchen, and floormats piled up in the other corner. That's now how it looked when you showed up. If you pull the things from under the sink, move the mats, and I give you towels and a bucket it should all be turned back to me in the same condition/state. That being said, I would use them again for future repairs. read more
