Called to have a service on my sub-zero . Promptly came out and asked if i had a ladder so he could see top of unit. inspected unit top to bottom and then called someone and spoke in language I didn't understand and then told me it would be $360 for the service. I agreed Next he got brush and vacuum and clean the top of the unit . Open door to both fridge and freezer and then asked to help pull the unit out from wall the messed around with waterline or ice Maker pushed fridge back and ask for money. So ice Maker ice does not work, llight in fridge still out . Got a call from office to see if i was satisfied all above was mentioned and when he couldn't understand that he called me to hear my status not that iI called complaining . I called AB appliance for an estimate on my 20 year old ge artica refrigerator which was running all the time and had a noisy fan, and temperatures were up and down, frozen water drips in the freezer. Andrew came out Labor Day gave it a look and a fair estimate to clean the condenser, replace the evap fan. He did this in a couple hours and when he was done the frozen water dispenser and ice cube motor started working also. The refrigerator is working well althouth there is one fan that runs that has an annoying high pitch , it isn't on all the time though once I get that fixed it will be perfect. read more

My fridge was acting up and was not working for both the freezer and fridge sections. I did some fiddling was able to get the freezer to work but was not getting any cold air to the fridger section. Called several repair places and since it was a day before the fourth of july was not getting any options for any technician to come out and check out the fridge. Called AB Appliance and they were able to get a technician to come out on the fourth of july and was able to completely fix and process the fan motor for the refridgrator. Andrew was exceptional in troubleshooting the issue and was able to let me know exactly what was wrong. We noticed a burning smell coming from our 12+ year old Kenmore Dryer on a Saturday and looked for a company that could figure out the problem as soon as possible. AB Appliance Care was open on a Sunday, and after a bit of back-and-forth texting, they agreed to come by during a 3-hour window on Monday. Andrei was the technician, and he seemed quite knowledgable. He quickly determined that the issue had to do with burning dust inside the unit. Sure enough, he opened it up showed how years of accumulated lint had been scorched. Luckily it didn't damage other internal parts, and he presented a price to clean it out and replace its worn drive belt and gas valve coils. Took about 1.5 hours, and the price was fair - much less than having to buy a new unit. So far the dryer seems to be working well (possibly even better than before). Thanks! read more

I made an appointment online and the company contacted me within the hour to let me know a technician would be there in the time frame I chose. The technician was excellent.
