How tacky and disrespectful towards to buyer of the home and my agent too. Then they have the nerve to leave their sign in front of my house. I made sure I took the time out of my already busy day while going through a personal tragedy to drop off their sign at their office. We specifically asked to completely empty out and clean the house. There was stuff left behind in every single closet and room of the house. Beer caps in the fireplace and a huge bin that they left behind for composting (full of compost waste), plus a dead Christmas tree. But they took their fridge, left us with a broken washer and dryer (which they added on a value of the house and ripped out wooden garden table leaving huge bold spots in the grass. Last time they raked the yard or mowed grass here must've been weeks ago.They said that they would fix the bathroom drain (that was part of the deal), they only must have pulled out the hairs from it. It's still not draining properly. My agent had to go back to the house before signing and rip out the shelves that we requested to be removed. It's a small house and there're already not much room here. We moved across the country with the military and we have plenty of our own stuff. We gave the seller and their agent plenty of time to fix everything and clean up. Took us over two months to close on the house, that's ample amount of time to leave the house looking decent.

I told her I would rather move out than face that type of invasion of my privacy. She snidely replied (SEVERAL TIMES) You better get busy and move then! After about the 4th or 5th repetition of this statement, I used my outside voice and told her I heard her the 1st time & invited her to leave my property. Upon signing the papers at my new residence, I relayed this info to my realtor & when I told him what her name was, he rolled his eyes.. Apparently she has a reputation.. I will never do business with them or recommend them.

They will simply place tenants for you and you take over maintenance and rent collection from there or they will do the whole thing for you while you set parameters for them that you are comfortable with. Their leases are very to the point leaving nothing to interpretation. They have helped us out tremendously over the years and I highly recommend using them to place tenants or fully manage your property! To those that have negative reviews based off of maintenance issues, rent increases, etc. it should be noted that it is not the property management causing those issues as they do not own the properties. They do what the property owner says. You are not Piazza's tenants, you are the property owners tenants. Piazza's are the middle man between the property owner and the tenant and their hands can easily be tied. I highly recommend Piazza Realty Property Management to everyone I know with rentals.
