I bought a house in Round Rock 7/2025. My wife said the water from the under the sink Westinghouse RO filter system tasted like poop. It was serviced last year by Aqua Life and installed by Aqua Life. I contacted Aqua Life about new filters because according to the internet they no longer make them and for a long time. I wanted to know how they can service something that cannot be replaced. You have to modify the old ones to make it work and they were not modified. I contacted them on 12/01/2025 and they finally responded on 12/17/2025. They did not answer any questions like where to get new filters they just wanted my address and phone number so they could send someone out and charge me for it. Why would I have someone come out when the last person did not change the filters last year!!!!!!!! This company is a Joke!!!! Please take my advice and find someone else. read more

Derek came to provide service and change out the filters on the water softener system. Estimated time of arrival was 1:30-3:30 and he arrived promptly at 1:30p. A few days before the appt I started having leakage out of an overflow valve and he was also able to correct that in a matter of minutes to prevent that from being an issue going forward. Derek was extremely knowledgeable about the system and provided an answer to any question I had. Would definitely recommend and will use again! read more

They reach out when it is time to service your system and then they not only send reminders of your appointment, but they send a picture and small bio of the person who is going to be there so you know who you are expecting.
