When we had them out to get info on the system the sales guy promised a superior product and superior service. They have miserably failed at both. We had them out 8-9 times trying to fix the issues. we were finally promised a refund. We have called 13 times in the last 10 days with no returned calls. Left messages with Tina. My review of the Austin location of Puragain Water is being updated to reflect dedicated and personalized after-care that was afforded post-installation. My primary goal of obtaining a water conditioning system is to passively protect the water supply during boil water notices and that Temple, TX water reports are identifying undesirable contaminants in the water. Based upon various water test I asked three (3) companies who specialize in water conditioning to provide a sales presentation and bid. I was not satisfied with the installation and lodge my complaints that evening and the next morning. Ryan, Diego, and Carlos all reached out to me to resolve the issues. I can confirm Puragain will respond to service calls in a timely manner, and I can confirm those who are tasked with ensuring customers are satisfied are responsive and timely. After all was said and done, I felt comfortable with my purchase and the level of support I received. Different types of water conditioning are available to meet most customer needs, but I opted for Puragain Water for the ability to condition the water at every spigot and faucet. read more

I've had this system installed, and then reinstalled six separate times because each time the crews have done it incorrectly. And then each time the next group of guys came out, they said it was wrong and then blamed the crew prior and then still somehow messed it up again. Management being primary in blaming other guys and then still overseeing it done wrong. One manager, after leaving a negative review, aggressively attacked my own business. Not to mention, the thing will freeze every year when it gets to around 20° even with the weather bag on. Which we have to pay for fixing. Do not buy this and deal with these people. One employee made a mistake inside and caused leak to which management did not schedule it being fixed for two weeks. And then did not pay that company for three weeks thereafter. Re: the install, I'd rate the experience a 10/10. My installer, Yandy Pino, was knowledgeable, professional and very detailed focus. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions (which I had many!). He installed the whole house system in a place and way that is going to make servicing easy and simple. Our salt based water system suddenly stopped working so we did our research and opted to call Pureagain Water ("PAW"). PAW made time to visit the day of and walked us through the system, pros and cons of their system versus the salt system, etc. Dustin Madsen made the trip and I'm glad he did. He explained the product, the service, and the overall processes very well. Essentially, he was able to explain a lot of chemistry to us in laymen's terms making it comprehensible. If that wasn't enough, he was able to show us firsthand. He'll give you all the proof you need to updgrade to PAW's system. Given our sense of urgency, Dustin was also able to get the techs out here on the same day as well. Despite the late time of day, Alcides and Yandy made the trip to Lago Vista and replaced the old system with the Whole House System. They were knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and they went above and beyond in explaining everything and optimizing the performance of the system, which was greatly appreciated.
