I purchased what I thought was a Clack WS-1 whole house water softener system with carbon filter back in 2012. After recently noticing that our water was getting harder, I concluded that the resin needs to be replaced. While checking the valve control and trying to find the manual on the internet, I realized that the valve control is not a Clack. They sold and installed a Canature BNT-5650F. I went back to archive.org for the time period we made the purchase and they did indeed specify the Clack WS-1. The internet does not have kind things to say about the Canature BNT-5650F. If I buy something and you install it, I expect you will install what you tell me you are selling me. I am not impressed at all. I will be replacing this unit but not with anything these guys sell. read more
