I am completely lost for words I am so disappointed with Leslie's service department. If it wasn't for my products being under warranty I would never work with this company. Over a month ago I requested a tech to come and fix two leaks, one From my heater and one from my filter. He fixed the heat but needed a part for the filter, so he went to the store and returned saying they didn't have it and he will need to order and return. HE NEVER RETURNED! My pool has not been running since he left. My pool was crystal clear when he came. I can no longer see the bottom, there are thousands of mosquitoes larva swimming all over my pool and mosquitoes flying all over the place. It is not safe for my children to play out in their own backyard. I've called corporate countless times with them telling me to give them 24-48 hours to call me back, I would never get a call back. Finally I get them to confirm an appointment and confirmed the tech had the part and was scheduled. Day of appointment tech was scheduled to arrive between 12:00-5:00 he showed up at 4:45. HE DIDNT HAVE THE PART!!!! He never ordered the part to begin with! I'm fed up. I decide to call the manager DJ at the store, and come to find out the store has a box full of the part I needed the whole time. So not only does corporate lie about what is really going on, but the techs don't do there job. When I complain about how I now have to spend money to get my pool clean again and that Leslie's should have to pay for it, all they tell me is they can't do that and to go to the store for help (so basically go spend more money at their store. 2 week Update... I have since changed my 1 star to a 2 star as management stepped up and owned up to their techs mistakes and will be giving him some proper training. They have also reimbursed me for the cost of chemicals to fix my pool. Let's hope no more mistakes like this happens to others.

The attendant there showed no interest in my problem and without even looking, said he did not have any parts that would help. On Monday, I went to Lake Forest Spa and Pool and spoke with the owner, Jack. He took the time to listen then explained how to repair the problem and what I would need to do so. I asked him if I brought the motor to him would he be able to make the repair. He said, Yes and gave me a very reasonable quote. I returned an hour later and left the equipment with him. Two hours later he had it repaired, and charged me less than he originally quoted. I reinstalled the pump and motor and everything worked great...and no leak. Thank you Jack.
