Their pricing is fair and honest, and we have never been disappointed with the quality of their service. Several of our neighbors have started using them as well after seeing the results, and everyone has been very happy. If you're looking for a reliable pool service, save yourself the time and frustration and have them come out for a quote. I think you'll find their pricing to be fair, affordable, and completely transparent. One thing I especially appreciate is that they don't leave your pool pump running for eight hours a day to make their job easier and increase your electricity bill. They do the job the right way and genuinely look out for their customers. I highly recommend Priority Pool Service to anyone looking for honest, dependable, high quality pool service.

We've used Priority Pools since our brand-new pool was completed three years ago, and the…read moreexperience has been extremely disappointing. In that time: * The heater has failed twice (and is currently not working again) * The chlorinator has been replaced * The pool lights have been replaced twice * The silver quartz finish already looks stained and bleached Maybe some of this is poor Hayward Industries equipment, but it's hard to know because the service tech changes constantly -- about every 6 weeks -- so there's zero accountability or continuity. This is a saltwater pool, yet instead of properly diagnosing or maintaining the chlorinator system, they routinely dump gallons of liquid chlorine into the pool every week. Actual "service" often feels limited to: * Emptying the leaf basket * Lightly brushing the pool * Adding chemicals And nearly everything beyond that becomes an extra charge: * Chemicals? Extra. * Filter cleaning? Extra. * Repairs? Extra. * Someone coming out because the system they maintain stopped working? Extra. Worse, many of the techs seemed unfamiliar with how the equipment even operates, making service calls frustrating and unproductive. What really bothered me was adding up the actual cost over three years. Once you include all the side charges, repair calls, chemical add-ons, and maintenance fees, the true cost is easily several times higher than the advertised "weekly service" price. The marketing and online reputation look polished, but our real-world experience has been expensive, inconsistent, and lacking accountability.

Last time I come in, they charge me 2 of the wrong product by some new employee. No biggie, I will try to come in again to get a refund. But they complained I needed to bring in the giant boxes of chlorine. I am not hauling that back for the small refund. for the difference Eventually gave it to me as this one time "courtesy". Should be obvious since I never buy the other product and consistently buy the other. The courtesy would of been not to screw up in the first place. Leslies reminds me of the old retail chains that grew too fast and eventually went out of business like gamestop. I am either using a different store going forward or just hiring someone. I was borderline going to lose it.

The tech arrived on schedule and provided me with an estimate. The service dispatch then had a comedy of errors over the following 5 days with miscommunication between the tech, dispatch center and local store. It took 2 weeks between the initial Call and when the tech was finally onsite to do the work. The tech (Robert) was great. Did the work, cleaned up, and came in under budget. Overall not a bad experience but the dispatch center is not very good.

IKEA used to be a go-to destination - busy, well-organized, and genuinely fun to browse. Lately,…read morethough, it feels like a shadow of its former self. The showroom feels noticeably empty, both in terms of foot traffic and staff presence. Though the upstairs display walk through areas look decent and recently rearranged/changed, it still feels empty. Where there used to be employees readily available on the floor, you're lucky to spot a few in certain areas. If you're coming in to return or exchange an item, you may casually stand around for a bit until staff comes from the back to tend to that area. Displays of merchandise feel like an afterthought compared to how carefully curated things once were i.e.: a cart full of items vs them being displayed and organized. The biggest disappointment? The cafe downstairs.. I've visited a few times recently and it's been closed or non-operational each time with kiosks showing an error screen or "CLOSED". It used to be a highlight of the whole trip - I'd always look forward to grabbing a little meatball sundae on the way and making an afternoon of it. Instead, I now find myself in a long long line waiting for one of four self-checkout stations to open up.. (the previously staffed registers are no longer a thing and other self-checkout lines are blocked off)..only to look over and see the cafe kiosk dark and unattended. It really takes the joy out of the visit. That said, there are still some redeeming qualities. The as-is section remains a solid find for deals, and apparently you can now shop it online - a nice touch. The space also has free WiFi, so if you're looking for a low-key study spot and the restaurant upstairs happens to be open, it could work for that. Overall, it feels like IKEA is operating with reduced resources, and it shows. I don't follow there business much so I'm not sure if they're struggling but hoping things turn around not only for the customers but for the staff too!
