What I really liked is that they are a Pentair certified store, so everything is legit Pentair equipment. If they don't have a part in stock, Amanda will get it ordered right away. She clearly knows her products and doesn't rush you or push anything you don't need. Overall, the customer service here is on another level. I came here to get my pool cleaner fixed. Had to go back twice because I would get home and it wouldn't work. Now I have to go back a third time because it worked for two days and quit. I probably need a new vacuum after spending a bit on repairs. Last time I was there they suggested a new pool cleaner. So again more money out of pocket. I was looking to upgrade / replace my existing pool equipment. Sam at Pacific was one of the only few that gave me the courtesy of a response and the only one that actually bothered following through with an actual quote Sam and I traded a few emails, he sent his tech out to look at what I have versus what I wanted to do and gave me a quote within hours. I'm so used to pool people in Vegas just ignoring any inquiry and not following through, that dealing with Sam at Pacific amazed me I came into the store to discuss the quote and after some further discussion, Sam came up with some better options. Go to Leslie's instead. We purchases an overpriced pool cleaner from here and after a bit over a year we had nothing but problems. We were charged $400 for a new motor. We kept having the same problems (pool cleaner running on its side). I attempted more than once to follow up and was told to call the manufacturer directly. There was nothing more pacific pool supply was willing to do to help me. So they either didn't replace the motor or replaced it (for $400) and that wasn't the problem. I got totally scammed by this place they were hired to clean a pool that was sparkling and after 6 months of complaining about how bad their service was they promised to refund me. I did the pool for 6 months myself and it was so beautiful now I have a dirty pool after they took over. All they did was lie about this and that but never provided the service. On top of that I gave them a key to my side gate and they lost it. I provided another key and they never came and got it but they billed me anyway. Bunch of scammers that don't take responsibility. Huge mistake I made and I went into the store to hire them to make sure I got a good service and not some guy off CL. Avoid this place or you'll end up with worse service of any pool company in Las Vegas. I brought my Maytronics pool cleaner to this company for repair under warranty. I called and asked if they performed warranty work for Maytonics, and they said YES. After driving over an hour to their shop, I was informed they needed $35 to provide warranty service. Against my better judgment, I paid the $35 to have the unit fixed. They later told me the cleaner needed a new cord and were waiting for the parts. After the work was completed, I asked if they tested the unit, and I was told it tested perfectly! When I got home, I put the cleaner in the pool, which was not fixed! When I called I was told it was repaired when clearly it was not. I asked for a refund for the $35 I had paid them, and I was refused. They claim they performed the warranty work, but clearly they didn't! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They sold us a lamp for almost $300 (retail value, with markup, $80). Unfortunately, we found this out after dealing with a reputable spa company. I was shopping for an automatic pool vac by Maytronics/Dolphin. Turns out AZ Pool is the only authorized dealer in Vegas. Spoke with a guy called Adam and he's super knowledgeable and helpful. None of the pushy sales tactics...just pure facts and insights. If you're shopping for a pool vac, seriously consider getting the Maytronics Dolphin...absolutely the best and most reliable. I got the M500 which is one of the higher end model. Why not Amazon? Well, Maytronics carry different models online vs. retail. Their most reliable and powerful products are typically only sold in retail stores. Look, pool vac aren't cheap investment. So you might as well get a good, reliable vac. And regardless of how expensive or reputable that vac is, you never know when your pool vac will malfunction. That's why I get mine from AZ...if I have any issues with the vac, they will fix it for me 100% free of charge during the warranty period. No shipping charges, long waiting period, etc. read more

This place charges an obscene amount for chlorine. I sent my husband in because we were out of chlorine tabs. I usually purchase the chemicals for our pool, so he was kinda clueless on prices. They charged him $80 (yes eighty dollars) for a new floater and 4lbs of chlorine. That is price gouging!!! I usually purchase 40lbs for $80 at Costco or on Amazon. They wouldn't return them, it does state they do not return chemicals on the receipt, so our bad. read more
