The other reviews are 100% correct -- this place operates like shady used car salesmen. After paying and waiting over three months for my hot tub, they flat-out refused to give me a refund. I went back four different times, and every time Scott had another excuse why they couldn't process the refund. This is by far the worst place to do business with. They don't honor their word, they stall, and they keep coming up with new requirements just to avoid paying back what they owe. I have recordings of their excuses and how the story changes each time -- it's absolutely disgraceful. Scott is a terrible representation of what sales should be. If you want the classic "car sales" experience this is the place to go. I visited HTL three times with serious intentions of purchasing. Visit 1...The first time was about three weeks ago and the salesman Mark Siegel was with other customers so their operations manager Aren was kind enough to show me around and answer all of my questions. He was awesome and I would have definitely bought a hot tub from him if the deal was right. Then came along Mark. He completely blew the sale, and I even went back with my husband 5 days later trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Please beware! I am going to bullet point his sales pitches and his very poor, unprofessional comments. I am trying to keep this read short and to the point (however it is a lot but I will do my best). * Mark S. gave all the great reasons to buy from them. * Visit 2...my husband asked about the age of a resale hot tub and he said it was 2-3 years. My husband decided to open a door of the spa and there was original paperwork showing it was 8 years old. Visit 3...When I went back today and questioned this, his answer was literally " I can't be expected to know the age of every spa in here. That spa wasn't for you anyways". Then said it had sold. My response was, "the right thing to say to us was, give me a minute and I will get that information for you". Sadly for someone, they bought the spa he claimed wasn't for us. Let me clarify that he made it seem like it wasn't a good spa to buy. *he was condescending. He said, " funny you went from wanting the most expensive spa to the cheapest and now you want new". *He said, "all of my used spas don't last on the floor and sell in 3-5 days". I responded with "what about these spas over here?" while pointing to the ones in the first row of the entrance. They are the same ones I was interested in three weeks ago. THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT!! His response was " those are the ones that are on consignment and the owners expect too high of a sale amount which is why they aren't moving as quickly." WOW!! * Asked about Memorial Weekend sales which was why I went there today. Nothing special for memorial weekend. The sale was all of May. He made that very clear. *I made it clear that I was making a decision in the next few days. This is what ultimately what made my final decision to not do business with this company. He chose to tell me a story about another hot tub company by name. It was Sunset Spas. They obviously must be one of their biggest competitors. He went on to tell me about their poor business ethics. He said he purchased a hot tub from them and had problems "right out of the box". As a family business owner myself, the one thing we know better than to do is to speak poorly about our competitors. If you are confident about your company, then you should never have to speak negatively towards another company. I checked out his accusations and found them to be completely fabricated. Little did he know that my husband and I had visited the exact company he spoke poorly about. What does that tell you about him and the company he represents? I left his showroom today and went straight to the company he spoke negatively about. I made the purchase for a new hot tub that I am truly so excited about. This company replaced a pump on a hot tub purchased from them. The replacement pump lasted just over a year. When the tech came out to diagnose the problem, he said maybe the office can help since we just replaced this pump a year ago. They didn't help at all. I received 2 other estimates to replace the pump. Hot Tub Liquidators was by far the highest estimate. Also, the warranty offered by them on the replacement pump is only 30 days. The other 2 hot tub companies provide a full year and at a lower replacement cost and better support. Warning! In my opinion, this company didn't treat me right so therefore doesn't earn my future business of service or when it comes time for new hot tub in the future. They are very good at sales but very questionable and even poor follow up service when you need it. Save yourself the headache and proceed with caution!!! There are other, much better hot tub providers in the valley other than these people. Spend your hard-earned money with a company that will treat you right post sale. Avoid! read more

Had the most amazing experience with Michael Wynn at the Hot Tub Liquidators store in Summerlin. After looking online for quality hot tubs and researching which spas are the highest quality my girlfriend and I went in to look at the spa's at the Hot Tub Liquidators Summerlin location. Michael was so knowledgeable on all the brands they have at the store and by him asking my girl and I many questions we were able to find the perfect spa for us. A friend gave me a heads up on the location in Henderson. The show room is huge with many tubs on display. The salesman was very helpful and found the perfect tub for us. We purchased a used tub and the salesperson did not dissuade us. Typically, a salesperson would point us toward a new, more expensive, tub. The salesperson only interest was ours. The company allowed us to leave the tub in the warehouse at no charge until we were ready for install. The install came of without a hitch and was pretty cool as we observed it being craned over our 2-story house. HTL tested the tub for complete operation and their representative on-site provided perfect instruction for start-up. Tub is working perfectly. Happy camper! read more

We have to mention the great experience we just had purchasing a new hot tub from Hot Tub Liquidators. Their showroom on Raiders Way in Henderson is impressive with the number and variety of displayed tubs. But what really made the experience was interacting with our Sales Rep Mark Siegel. Mark gave us the info on the models they have and knowledgeably answered each of our many questions; with a smile even! But what I maybe felt most comfortable with was how he let us be on our own when it seemed like we needed to be. Spending a few thousands is a big decision and nobody likes someone hovering when talking it over. I'd suggest that if you're looking for a knowledgeable, comfortable & professional environment to work towards a hot tub decision, go to Hot Tub Liquidators and if possible catch Mark to assist. One other shout-out, thanks to Javier when delivering it. The crane was just barely able to clear our house and Javier thought to add straps that he climbed a ladder to reach as it was being lowered so he could steer it and clear our roof. We purchased this pool about 7 years ago, without any problems. 1st year, the gusty winds here in Pahrump surprised us about 1:30am when said gust caught the pool cover and tossed it into the yard - WOW! I called and emailed pictures to Josh and in a few days the parts I needed were shipped and I installed them without issues. Great service problem solvers. This year 2025 one of the pumps went out as we opened the pool. Parts are Canadian . We thought that due to all the tariff's we wouldn't get wet this season. My wife called, talked to Josh, explained the problems with the power,Humberto came out twice 1st to diagnose the issue and we ordered the pump. 2nd Replaced the pump, and still had issues with jets that seemed weird to all. Humberto and Josh were phenomenal with the persistent and professionalism in getting the problems solved and my spa is working perfectly again! They both knew how much I love and use my swimspa, and we're not going to give up. We thank you two from the bottom of my hearts for a wonderful outcome. We couldn't be happier. . Ray (the owner) and his team are scam artists. We bought a refurbished Coast hot tub for 10k with all the bells and whistles. It had leaking issues almost immediately which they were able to "fix" or patch to satisfy us. They stressed if you ever move sell it back to us and you will get more money for it than selling it separately. We got divorced within 2-3 years of the purchase and were moving so we decided to sell it back to them. We agreed on $2750 which was very hard because they promised half of what we paid if we ever were to sell it when we bought it but we just didn't know who would get the hot tub so we agreed. I am not kidding, they pretended not to sell this hot tub for 3 years after multiple check ons every 3-6 months and give us money until we said we wanted our hot tub back since they "didn't sell it" and their response was "we happen to sell it but couldn't get a hold of you, but we had to put more money into fixing it so we are only giving you $1500. We could have had a hot tub this whole time or any money when we were going through a hard time and divorcing. These people are absolute scum. Stay away! I am still fuming after probably 2 years every time I see their name. read more

We had a phenomenol experience working with Hot Tub Liquidators (HTL)!!!! When we bought our home in 2022 it had a simple plug and play hot tub and we found the paperwork showing it was from HTL. That simple tub turned my wife and I into hot tub people but it also made us want to upgrade and started looking in Oct'24. We visited all the showrooms saving HTL for last..... when we arrived at HTL we were greated by Mark Siegel. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the benefits of hot tubs. He educated us on the SwimSpa and everything else available.... he took the time to ask us questions to help us nail down our decision. It also helped that they had a great sale going and they took our old tub in on trade for some credit. Mark was not done in taking our order for the SwimSpa. He recommened an electrician and landscaper to help us prep for the future arrival of the spa..... these contractors were terrific and they coordinated togather and with Mark's team so all stayed aligned. We ended up walking out when we called him out and caught him in a lie when he was trying to force us into placing a deposit for a wet test. On 2/20/2109, we purchased a Coast Spa from Hot Tub Liquidators in Henderson Nevada. It was delivered on May 21, 2019. So it is not quite four years old. The sales rep represented it as the "best" spa in the industry and was made to withstand the Vegas climate. Top of the line! The spa cost over $17,000! Since installation the spa has been non usable about 30% of the time with one issue after another. To the point where the service reps and I are on a first name basis. After many warranty issues which took a long time correct, we again had an issue this past January when the spa started leaking. This kept it from maintaining temperature and made it unusable. That lasted about three months before resolution and cost us almost $500.00 since the warranty had just run out. Then in late March we were unable to use the spa again because when engaging the blower the breaker would trip. So during the routine over night cleaning operation the breaker would trip making the heater unable to engage and maintain the spas temperature. So the spa is always too cold to use. I had an electrical contractor come out and check out the wiring to see if that was the cause, while I was watching he tested and showed that the blower pump was the issue and the wiring was not an issue. We called HT service and talked with a manager. He indicated that he was sure the pump was the cause and scheduled a service call for over two weeks out and that he would get the pump and talk to corporate about getting assistance with this charge. I also talked with a service tech who indicated the pump was ~$320.00 plus a one hour install. In conclusion, the quality of this spa has been poor at best from installation. I have owned several other spa's (Hot Springs) with zero problems for over a decade. Certainly, not what we expected from a spa that was sold to us, as "the best in the business". read more

We purchased a Horizon spa from HTL about 5 years ago. It's worked ok for 3 years then the lights went out. Last year there was a water leak inside the spa cabinet, it slow leaked so I didn't ID it quickly, passed it off as evaporation. Then I realized it was consistent, so I shut it down and it's been shut down almost a year now. We put 8k into an unusable spa that worked for about 4 years. Even worse, we sunk it into the ground about 3 ft. So to access the repair hatch we'll have to remove pavers and some dirt. My question is, since the warranty is obviously passed, I have No idea where to go for an estimate to fix this leak, replace any frozen pumps and to replace the light box. Any ideas?
