Thanks Chris and Efren for informing me of the many services that Aqua Tech offers. I had my pool cover replaced and the automatic switch replaced for a fair price. The gents that replaced my pool cover (so bad with names) were very professional and super sweet and very respectful! These gents made up for the incident below... They're the reason for the 5 stars! Only had one little incident during a phone conversation with an upper management employee. Not so good. But I believe I put him in his place so that he SHOULD have learned to be more polite on the phone. If not he needs to be transferred into a department that does not require him any contact with customers. read more

Prior to the construction of our new built-in pool, we had a doughboy pool for many years which we maintained ourselves. After 20 years of still not being able to keep the chemicals in balance and fighting algae on a routine basis, we decided with our new pool, we would hire a professional, and Bob is the perfect guy for the job. My neighbor brought Bob over to introduce us and to discuss his services. There was certainly never any pressure to employ his services -- in fact, just the opposite. Because we had maintained our doughboy pool, Bob felt we could maintain our new pool ourselves.
