No notice before showing up (even though we have a people-reactive dog and told them in advance to warn us). The tech backwashed directly into our yard, ignoring the clean-out 15 feet away, then tossed in only 3 chlorine tabs. That's it. When I called, I got a lukewarm apology and was told the same level of service we used to get would now cost double. They didn't address the algae issue we already had, so I ended up doing it myself. I cancelled after one week. Then came the multiple payment demands for that single week, before the invoice was even due. Not local (based in Flagstaff), overpriced, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

However even with that modest budget we were treated absolutely no different than someone spending 10x. The same care was applied. It's just who they naturally are as people. I think it's so important to do your research when you're looking for services and I kept coming back to Creative. Their prices are extremely reasonable and more competitive than other local companies in the valley. They also offer a law-enforcement discount, which is awesome. I got a call and an email a couple days before my scheduled move for confirmation, and everything went so smooth. I can't say enough praises about my entire experience!! Renée and her other two guys showed up right up about 720, when they gave me a window between 7 and 730 which was perfect. I had two stops before my final destination, and they did everything like real pros! They were so gentle with my things, and once we got to my new home, they went out of their way to assemble furniture for me. They even took all the trash before they left. All three of them were so friendly and personable, I loved getting to spend time with them while we were moving all of my belongings. They're flakes and not even in the state.

Call because of clogged and leaking toilet. Two very polite young service guys showed up and…read moreremoved my toilet. Their first action was to run scope down my sewer line below toilet and immediately informed me I had a severe invasion of tree roots. My expectations were they would run a root clearing rooter device down the pipe and clear the clogging. This did not happen, instead the Plumber immediately said they need to tear up the tile, concrete floor, dig up Sewer Line and install a new Sewer line with a cost of $4600 and this did not include replacing the stone flooring. I was pressed to sign a contract immediately which I did not do and I requested a written copy of this estimate and it was neither given to me or Emailed.They urged me to join the company Customer Service Plan to help cover some the of the cost and told me I should contact my Homeowner Insurance Policy to file a Claim stating water damage. I told them I would need to think about it and they left with the toilet in a non-usable situation. None of this set well with me and I decided I needed a 2nd opinion and called a retired independent Plumber who has 40 years of experience and additionally was a friend of my brother. He came to inspect and said the problem was a minor root issue which was not unusual and used his Auger style drain Rooter machine to clear the drain and installed new toilet mounting hardware, reinstalled toilet to operational condition. The total time to complete the work was 2 1/2 hours and the Charge for the work was a reasonable $320. I received a call the following day from Elite pressing me to move forward with their suggested repair which I immediately declined. Because I live in a retirement community and being an older senior, I feel this rises to the level of a near scam to take advantage of an old person. I do not recommend the firm and suggest getting a 2nd opinion before paying for what seems to be excessive repairs.
