While I was unable to take of my pool for a couple of months, they came in and did a great job. Since my pond is lower than my pump, I had issues one day, I couldn't get the pump to work. They came out the following day and showed me how to restart the pump with an addition of installing an inline shutoff valve to keep the water from draining back into the pond. They are great at what they do and are customer oriented. They are the only company I call when I have any pool or pond issues.

I had Aqua Harmony Drain and Acid Wash my pool today (April 10, 2026). We have a PebbleTec finish…read morewith blue and green pebbles. After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

Huge recommendation for Horizon Pool Care…read more Our pump stopped working and I called two local companies to come diagnose. The first guy came on Monday morning. He looked at the pump without touching anything and said, "you've got a burned out pump. It'll be $1,300 plus labor." I asked if he wanted to inspect it and make sure it's getting power. He said, "I don't need to. The timer's moving, so it's getting power," and then he wanted to up sell me other upgrades for $1,800. Tuesday morning Jimmy Young from Horizon Pool Care came out and actually did a hands on inspection. He found a wire that wiggled loose, fixed it, and saved me $1,700. A very honest man!
