We have used the dog walking services in the past, and we regularly use the pet sitting services. Our dog love our pet sitters, Kelli, Molly, and Teresa, almost as much as they love us. When Kelli pulls up out front, it creates a full doggy fun fest. Teresa has also worked with our pups to teach some tricks and reinforce good manners. After 40 minutes, another employee came out and told us they couldn't take us because of an emergency, and we would have to wait a very long time to be seen. First off, I would never want to stand in the way of another pet needing emergency treatment. However, they seem to have no back up plan for situations like this, and said they didn't 'think' things would get bad...couldn't even give us a heads up the entire time we were there. Very unprofessional. I pray for that dog to be ok but I wouldn't trust them to handle emergency for my own dog.

I was so embarrassed when we arrived because my little demon decided to take a number two right in the lobby. The staff didn't flinch and assured me they would take care of it. They checked us in just like they would do for me when I visit a spa and ushered him away for his grooming appointment. They called me a few hours later to say my boy was ready but I told them I wouldn't be able to get him until a couple of hours later. The agent said that was fine and I could get him anytime before closing. Mind you, I dropped him off before 10 am. So I'm basically getting free daycare along with the grooming fee. Which I also didn't pay for because I had a complimentary visit! I gave a nice tip when I picked him up and he rounded the corner with a glorious mane. I couldn't stop laughing because he was blown out to the GAWDS. Anyway, we will be back and I know it will be worth it.
