So, I know a balloon will last -according to Hi-Float website- 25x longer. I bought a small bouquet of balloons in the evening, needing them for an event early the next morning. I requested the use of Hi-Float in order to assure they would still be floating in the morning. What I got was balloons that were not fully inflated, definitely not the 11 inch that the balloon should have been. I overlooked that as it was for a table and a bit smaller wasn't going to be a bad thing. But by morning they were on the table, no longer in the air. This was so disappointing, since a good latex balloon with helium and Hi-Float should easily stay up overnight. I went to the store to ask for a refund when I was told they only guarantee their latex balloons for 4 hours!!?? What? With Hi-Float??? Yep. This is disgusting. Considering Hi-Float's own 25x guarantee, maybe I actually should have gotten no less that 100 hrs.

We were able to choose our own places to sit with a couple of snacks provided by the business. Anthony was very attentive with making sure that we had good finish products that we could be proud to fire and then take home. Now, once you have complete creation. To wrap up class, you will go into the viewing room and select your glaze color. I really enjoyed my experience at this class. The shop was very tidy and clean. We started with a 20 min demo just watching the instructor make a whole piece before we could start touching our own clay which made it a little difficult to remember everything. Additionally, the class was supposed to last for 2 hours but ended 30 minutes early which made it feel like we didn't get the full experience and maximum time with the wheel. When I booked the class I believe it was supposed to be with Anthony so I'm not sure if this was a regular instructor or an emergency fill-in which could explain the difference in experience.

I'm in town for the holidays, and discovered too late that another company had made a big mistake on a personalized gift. So I am left in the lurch 4 days before Christmas with a VERY specific gift and no way to rectify it, as most shops won't even take a rush embroidery order this late in the game (Dec 21). I called several shops and even went to the item's manufacturer's "flagship" store- NO luck. Enter 31 Kreations. Although plenty busy, they were kind enough to take on my job (and soon before closing too!), resolve the problem, do the custom embroidery at a VERY reasonable rate and complete it very quickly without sacrificing quality. They carefully matched the color, style, everything and the finished project looks gorgeous. They are VERY nice and have a wide variety of fonts, colors, etc to choose from- more than some shops I've seen. They are a smaller store, but don't let that fool you- they did things right all the way around.
