I called Araceli on a Sunday, and I asked if I can take my dress to get hemmed. She asked when I would need it completed by and we agreed on Wednesday. Araceli let me take it in that same Sunday and had me try on the dress to see where she needed to adjust the length. She ended up taking 2-3 inches off the dress and did an excellent job. She ensured it was done in a timely manner and was very communicative throughout the process. When I picked it up, I thanked her as I can tell the dress was hemmed beautifully and seamlessly. I never leave reviews but this one needs it! I brought in a red beautiful designer dress by Jessica Angel, we SPECIFICALLY told her to only fix the bottom of the dress NOTHING ELSE! and yet she did the opposite she did a whole bunch of shitty adjustments to the dress now that dress is ruined and it was really expensive. And she was very unprofessional by not having it ready by the day she gave us the appointment to pick them up, so she basically did everything in the last minute. And on top of that she forgets shit and doesn't ask questions to make sure what we want. I don't know how she's still in business. She also charged hella expensive and honestly I don't know what adjustments she did to my other two black outfits I brought in either. We keep calling her and asking for a answer on why did she do all of this shit but she doesn't pick up the phone. And before us another lady went to pick up something and she gave her the extra material that was left and with us she didn't give us shit. Therefore, this shows that she did do hella shitty adjustments to the dress and the other two outfits that she didn't wanna give us the extra material. read more
