Dress in these clothes and you will be respected as a smart upright citizen. The employees are friendly, helpful and gracious. The sports coat didn't quick fit me correctly. Sleeves were just a tad too long. There was a short model that did fit me correctly but not in the color I desire. So I'll buy the coat on-line. Shipping is free.

I picked out a few things and while I was trying them out, she brought in a few more items that she thought I would like for fun. During this time, we were talking, laughing, and having a great time together. I never had such a fun shopping experience. I made a few more purchases but asked for brand new items to be shipped to my home since I was visiting from Reno. As the items were in transit, she kept me informed of the shipping timeline and checked in several times after I received the items to make sure they were to my liking and also sent me a message to say good luck on the first day of school bc she knew I was a teacher. I asked her for a favor of processing a return for me since I was unable to return it in person. She and Kim, the manager, emailed me a return label seconds later and processed the return. A few weeks had passed and there was a devastating fire in Reno and Maryam reached out to check to see if I was affected by it. I have received many text messages from sales people before, but never have I felt such sincerity, kindness, and thoughtfulness as I have by Maryam. I didn't really compare the quality in workmanship to the cost. Cashmere short sleeve sweater is around $258 and long sleeves can be up to $500. You're better off buying in their website. This store gave me the same vibes I get when we are at the San Francisco store. It was kept very organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went in for one pair of jeans. Next thing you know. I am telling my wife to bring my son over as well. 6 items later we are leaving. I couldn't have been happier. The 7th item is being shipped. They didn't have any hesitation getting the items we needed sent to us. I think we spoke to 4-5 different employees. As they were all waiting to help.
