Their deliberate misdiagnosis of a recent suspension repair that they deemed defective when it was not, set off a series of events that led me getting into a costly accident. On Wednesday of this week, my tire blew on the freeway due to running over broken glass from an accident that had occurred. I called around to many different tire places looking for the specific one I needed, but all of the other big guys and chains were quoting me at $150-160 and telling me it would take 3-5 days to get that tire because it was on a "national back-order." I called Arandas and spoke with Fernando - he quoted me at $119 out the door and said to just come on by and they'd have me in and out! Cleanest tire shop I've ever been in with the friendliest employees! Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and the best thing was that Fernando stuck to his word. They took my SUV right away and got to work on the new tire. It actually took the man changing my tire about 20 minutes and he apologized profusely for taking so long. At 20 minutes!! Are you kidding me?! I've had to wait hours in other shops, so even though he went 5 minutes over what I was told, I was beyond impressed. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. (Plus you've got some seriously amazing Mexican food options right nearby while you wait. Win-win.) read more

Do not ever go here, a bunch of con artists. They will Rip you off! I was told one of my rims were bent and I needed all new rims and tires for over $1,100. I bought them and less than a year 3 of the rims were bent and one of the tires kept going flat. They were only covered under a partial warranty and tried to get me to buy new rims and tires again! Luckily I kept my original rims I was able to take them into BelleTire and get put tires on my Original rims - which BelleTire explained did not have any bent rims. I bought new Goodyear tires for less than $400. Terrible service, terrible warranty, I do not recommend and will never ever return. read more

Came here for an alignment on my 2000 Honda CR-V. The mechanic told me he could not align my vehicle, despite the vehicle having brand new front end parts. He repeatedly yelled at me to "go to the collision shop" when I asked him what was wrong with the car. How can you inspect my vehicle, find something wrong, but not know what's wrong? They ruined my day and wasted my time with their unprofessionalism. The only saving grace of my horrible trip to this place was Angel, the customer service rep who didn't BS me on what his crude excuse for a mechanic was telling me. read more

This place used to seem honest. I've purchased dozens of tires from them over the years but i recently bought a brand-new 22" tire here and not even 30 days of riding on the tire the inner sidewall just crumbled as if the tire was dry rotted! After Fernando, the manager tells me its from riding with low tire pressure i flipped! Really!?! Not only did he not value my patronage but basically told me to $&@? off. Beware; Went in for a wheel alignment on my truck. I had had all the front end suspension work done by my regular mechanic he doesn't have an alignment machine so I went here. I get there and talk to the salesman , he says the price for the job, but states that are it needs front end work he can't do it so it will be inspected before the job is done. they pull in my truck I'm watching thru the glass window. guy goes underneath calls salesman over they talk for a minute then mechanic comes out to me and says that I need a caster and chamber part.I'm not a mechanic but I have had cars for 38 years and had everything under the sun fixed on a car plus I trust my Real mechanic wouldn't do work and send me out with a faulty part that he worked on so now I'm suspicious .I tell him well I'm not going to have them put it on ill pass on it, he then says you can come back and have it done later he'll do the alignment anyway. they start the alignment I immediately call my mechanic and run the story I was told down to him. he says the caster and chamber is not a part it is how you adjust the wheel to get the alignment. I go to Arandas mechanic while he is under my car and tell him to say what is wrong with my guy on the speakerphone. My mechanic tells him what a caster and chamber is for and the guy turns red and says yeah I told him he just needs a tire.....right. to end the story I would never go back there since they exposed themselves as unscrupulous businessmen. Side note, before my car got pulled in I was conversing with a young girl who said she came in to have her shocks checked and left with no new shocks but 500$ worth of OTHER THINGS THEY FOUND WRONG DURING HER INSPECTION (WINK WINK) she had to call her sick dad who paid her tab, and this was now her Christmas gift, smh. so with this being said, you've been warned. read more

I purchased some wheels and tires from arandas for my classic 1970 car that is stored under a car cover. I had an issue with a center cap right away, and they took care of that, but after 3 months, 2 of the rims and the replaced center cap started to rust and arandas said it was due to neglect. like I said, it is stored under a cover. the car, and the rims are hand washed and dried regularly, but the car sat for 3 weeks, under its cover, and the rims started to rust. I going to start off by saying I HATE LIARS. I brought my truck in for a wheel alignment, (simple fix) and the guys checked it out and came back and told me instead of a 50.00 price it would be a 600.00 price, because I needed tie rods and ball joints. A year earlier I had the left side replaced and just the ball joint on the right side done at the dealership so I know better. But since it was right before Christmas I declined and told them I would be back after. Fast forward to today. I get up and take the SAME truck back up there (it's been in the garage ever since) and try to get the work done and now instead of 600.00 it's 1000.00!? Now they are telling me i need both lower control arms, tie rods, ball joints & sway bar links!!! How is that when I didn't get into an accident or run over a tank? To sum it up, these guys are CROOKS, don't bring your car here go elsewhere. I usually don't like to take business from someone but they don't deserve any for the way they act. read more

I was very happy with Aranda's customer service. They were very polite and accommodating, they took my car 10 minutes before they were opened, so I could make it to work on time.
