Very responsive, was able to schedule a tow on flat bed truck to a local repair shop. Kevin has military base access which was critical and probably the reason a lot of tow companies no show up/cancel. He was able to get on base, meet me at our scheduled pick up and transport my vehicle via flat bed truck to the repair shop in a quick manner. He was in constant contact and his excellent customer service skills were noticeable. Towing in general isn't cheap however he was very affordable and definitely worth it. He checked the battery system and determined it was the starter. He gave me recommendations on where I would like the car towed. I took the recommendation and called Mililani Auto Repair and at 6:30am I was able to speak to the mechanic! My car was towed and at the servicing station within minutes. Quick, easy, friendly service! Things like this that happen early in the morning can ruin a person's day, but everything went so smoothly I could take on the new day with a smile!

I had to reschedule with my auto repair shop because I did not get my tow, and this has delayed repairs to my vehicle. I waited for 5 hours and was never contacted by this towing company, which is terrible customer service. When I called to report this, the lady I spoke with refused to take responsibility and blamed AAA instead. Because of my awful experience with this towing company, I would not recommend Sylva's as a towing company, and would recommend instead to look for a company that is more reliable, responsible, and offers better customer service.

The paint has been chipping off the back part of my vehicle since he worked on my SUV, rear bumper, back in 2019. This clown told me to go elsewhere. But never made any efforts to fix the damage that he's done to my vehicle! I have showed his workers' junk paint job to other autobody shops in Honolulu area and they all criticized the work of his workers. Steer clear of this guy's autobody shop business! He now has his business under "Bryan Auto Care" or something like that.

These ranged from $850 to $1250, I was in total shock at the prices. There was a suggestion that we go through insurance, but that proved to be not only a pain in the ass, but we found that the likelihood that our rates would go up even though it wasn't an accident per se. We had about run out of options and were at our last estimate appointment when we came across B K Auto Body. He looked at the fender and said " not too bad ", " can you give me and idea how much?" two days, $450. Seriously, I said, "Yep", you want an appointment? I checked with my wife and her "Chinese" kicked in, then "yes" was the answer. Before I committed I wanted to know about the quality and would I notice the difference. " NOPE" and it'll look good, I'll fix it and match the paint. I made the appointment and took it in the next day. Two days later I received a call saying the work was done, when can I pick it up? I headed over after work, check out the job and promptly paid the man before he could change his mind. We are very happy with the work that B K Auto Body Shop did and I would happily recommend them to anyone that wants to get a quality quick fix at a reasonable price. Thank you
