first time being here/to the area and this place was delicious! i came in on a saturday night and it was busy but not packed where you needed to wait. i was greeted and she gave me an option to sit wherever. i got the all you can eat and it was $32 for dinner, $21 for lunch. i definitely recommend getting the all you can eat because it includes everything on the menu. smaller portions which is good so you don't over eat. the night was great. good tasting fish and the rice was perfect. the tuna nigiri did taste a bit off to me but i just avoided that after that piece. the appetizers were great as well. the fried rice was actually my favorite part of the meal. super flavorful. my server was great and checked in on me frequently. i will definitely be back! read more

My husband and I's first time here and I was NOT happy. I ordered the Rock 'n Roll and my husband ordered the Floridian Roll. Both off the regular menu and only a $2 difference. We got there at 8:30. I got my roll around 9:10, it was small. literally only cut into 5 pieces including the ends. The fried shrimp was COLD. like not even warm in the slightest. My husbands roll came out at 9:25 with only 5 minutes to eat it before close. His was cut into 8 pieces, was hot, and looked delicious. He might not have had any complaints. Our server never checked on us once. Took our orders, dropped our food, and dropped our check. That's it. I had a horrible experience, and left still hungry. 0/10. I wish i could give negative stars. by the way my bill was $40. sweet tea, water, and two rolls, one being damn near half a sushi roll. ridiculous. read more

Ok, we had reservations for a table of 10 and we were sat immediately. We had a lot of orders flying around her all night and she handled it so well. We all got the all you can eat from the menu and I don't think anyone had anything they didn't love. We tried so many different things. The food was mediocre at best. The avocado was sour. The service was terrible and slow. I walked out to my car at one point and our server who we hadn't seen in a while was outside vaping in front of the entrance. We asked for rice 4 times before we got it. The place is beautifully decorated with both an old school and modern vibe. The waiters and waitresses were top notch; very friendly and eager to help. Our rolls were amazing! Worst food and service. I ordered beef broccoli with fried rice. The rice was sticky not fried and no vegetables. The entree tasted like some one added sugar to it. It was horrible. I told the server but nothing was done About it. Will never go again read more

Quality has declined. Staff are too busy arguing with each other to wait on tables. I had to get up and ask for reorders twice because the female oriental waitress couldn't be bothered. The only waiter worth a damn now is named Kevin. I took a business partner there last week and the food was second rate. The service was awful. I'm done with arashi. We ordered take out, when you walk in there are no signs so you have to guess where to go. It seemed to be bothering that I ordered to go, no greeting. Just "you picking up?" The only next thing I was asked was for the "hand in my hand" and that was it. So no tip obviously. He got mad, flipped the book backed closed the receipt was in. Now the real problem, the sesame chicken was spicy, never have I seen spicy sesame chicken - so the kids I ordered it for couldn't eat it. The RICE - really, REALLY disappointed in the rice. No flavor there then soy sauce BUT the eggs had green/gray tint to them and it was so overcooked it went in the trash. The hibachi chicken? Grilled with salt and paper. Just a 5oz portion with a 10oz portion of veggies. OVERALL FAIL. & it sucks cause we're local but couldn't pay me to go in there again. $50 down the drain. read more

We were served by Talia. She provided great service. Items that were ordered were served FAST. Rolls were delicious. We did order other items like tempura, miso soup, Seaweed salad and gyoza. Never going back. Last time it smelt like a sewage. And you would think a food spot would close until the issue is resolved but no I had to try to eat and not throw up it was so bad I had to eat by the door. When I called to ask if the issue was resolved I got no straight answer. I went over there and the smell was gone but the waiters attitude stunk bad too I felt too nervous to order so I had to cut my meal short and leave. "All you can eat " until the servers get annoyed that you're trying to eat ????? It's a recurring experience here with the staff. Like I'm coming to order food don't be so mean when you find out I'm coming to order food Waiter was a tall skinny dude with long black hair. Very rude and seemed annoyed we came like you can go home. It shouldn't have been me as a paying customer. This restaurant has a great selection of food on their all you can eat menu! Lunch is only 20.99 and dinner pricing I believe was 30.99. Everything we ate was great, my favorite was the chicken gyoza and the steak hibachi both of them had great flavor. My boyfriend liked the sushi as well as the edamame. I took my son to Arashi in Crestview, Florida for his 21st birthday. The wife ordered from the Hibachi menu while Son and his lady friend ordered sushi rolls, and I ordered almost every type of Nigiri they had (14 types, two each) and a California Roll. All the sushi was fresh off the boat, delicate in flavor, and just really, really good. Eaten a lot in a lot of places and this one is the best of them all. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive, food was served very quickly, and the place was spotlessly clean. The ambiance was definitely American in style but tasteful. BTW: There is an ALL YOU CAN EAT menu with most of their offerings and it is very reasonable if you are hungry. My 28 pieces of Nigiri and large California roll were only $31, and I could have eaten more for that price if I hadn't gotten so full. I highly recommend it to anyone who may wish to have a great meal. read more

Walking in the place is nice. Everything is new and clean. We were seating quickly and asked for our drink and appetizer order. We were also ready to order our sushi so got that going. The app and drinks were very quick. Then we waited, and waited, and waited after about 50 minutes. We realized that the apps and back kitchen food were coming out much quicker than the sushi. So we ordered some more apps. The sushi arrived 55 minutes after ordering. This place was very understaffed and caused all the issues and backups. It caused things to be missed including forgetting napkins. The sushi and appetizers were great. The problem was the service. I will return to try this place again. I hope they get the staff needed. I guess the giant help wanted sign on the front was a warning sign. read more

Favorite place to eat in Crestview. Their AYCE menu is insanely large and varied. It's got sushi, hibachi, soups, salads, and appetizers. You cannot get more bang for your buck anywhere else. On top of that, most AYCE places won't put in orders until you are done with your plate. They drag out the time to make you just quit and leave. Went on a Thursday night around 7pm. The restaurant was probably about half full. The manager was actively walking around, even assisted us to our table. He was walking around making sure everyone was taken care of, which was good to see. I know this restaurant is still new, but I hope the manager continues to do this in the future. We had a very sweet waitress, told us it was her second day. She did fantastic. Very attentive and made sure we got all the items we ordered. Total wait time for all our food to come out was about 35-40 minutes.. Luckily we ordered everything we wanted from the get-go. That's what I would recommend, as long as you know your personal food limit. Now for the food.... I'm a frequent at Sushi Masa in Pensacola and love it there. This place is definitely a close second! I was very happy with all the food I ordered. The sushi tasted great, fish was fresh. I also appreciated the rice:fish ratio. It was perfect. One slight disappointment was that their AYCE menu doesn't offer sashimi. Overall, very pleased with finally having a AYCE sushi in Crestview. The price point is also perfect. Came back because heard from others it's much better now, but we will not be coming back. Food was only okay, the service was terrible. The noodles where the best part, the steak had a good flavor just was over cooked as we asked for med-well and received well done. The rice was not very good. Love the fresh sushi and they have the best Hibachi food. A lot of varieties to choose for! Food is awesome and very fresh! The price is great with all kinds of menu to pick from. We been to different Japanese restaurant ever in Vegas, Southern California and we used to live in northern California, but this restaurant had everything. The owner is very friendly and all the staff as well. The service is excellent the place is clean. Overall I gave them more than 5 Star. We go to Arashi at least once a week with family and friends. We just moved here to Crestview and we were worried about finding a place to eat and thanks to Arashi we found one. Love this place and people are friendly! read more
