If it can go wrong. It will go wrong with my iPhone. First it was the mic and people couldn't hear me, than I spilled water and the speaker went out and I couldn't hear anyone. I was talking on speaker for days until I decided to get it fixed. I was actually waiting to lose my phone or something so inform have to fix it, but that didn't happen. I googled and found Arbisoft down the street from our businesses and called him to find out when it was the best time to stop in. He said come in anytime. I'm available now for walk-in customer to fix your phones be while you wait. It took me 15 min and I was at Arbisoft. I met Arbi and gave him my phone from hell. He asked what was wrong with it and called my phone. We figured out the speaker, mic and charging port had to be changed. He took approx 15-20 minutes on the spot and I had a brand new phone that was charging, I can hear people and they can hear me. Thank you Arbi for getting me back on track with my phone. read more

Very unprofessional and does not care about his clients. Very rude. They did such a cheap job to change my screen and once I picked up my phone it was broken, they broke two things: 1. They broke my camera, I'm no longer able to take any selfie's 2. There is a permanent thick gray shade on my screen that was not there before. Once I took the phone back they refused to fix it they talked in circles to avoid making good on their work. Bad business!!! Will never go back and hope you'll learn from my experience. read more
