We were seated in a booth upon request while we waited for her to arrive. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to my son. When my daughter-in-law joined us, Amy took our order right away. I kid you not--I got everything I wanted from the menu and it was worth every penny spent, my son got a teddy bear pancake (which was reasonably priced), and I was even able to add an egg to my Western burger. My daughter-in-law placed her order, and off the waitress went. Moments later, our food arrived. It was fast, hot, and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, my daughter-in-law received the wrong meal, but Amy worked her magic again. She immediately took ownership of the mistake and corrected it without us having to do much more than point it out. Afterward, they let my son pick out a toy. He ended up choosing two, and because he has nonverbal autism and doesn't get out much, that small act of kindness meant the world to me. No one stopped him or complained about him picking more than one. It was heartwarming because I often feel judged over little things by people who don't know our story.
