Maybe the Korean food is good, but not the beef pho, roast duck over rice, and California roll. My…read more7 year old wanted beef pho, with no veggie, no onions, no cilantro, just broth, noodles, and beef. This is exactly what I put on the order note. Got a text that my pho is ready, got to the counter, pho is full of onions and cilantro, finally got a lady to come out and I showed her the recipe with no veggie, no onions, no cilantro, she got angry at ME, and told me "just eat it", I told her it's for my kids, she went to get another employee, they got animated, she kept saying "just eat it", the other lady apologized and said she'll remake it. I had to checked my receipt to make sure that my food isn't free, that I am paying for this and I should get what I paid for. The roast duck over rice, well, it's duck alright, but not Chinese roast duck as advertised. There's no sauce over the rice, the duck was plain and dry. The pho broth was ok, the California roll took forever, and it's decent. First time eating here and last time eating here

The grilled mackerel was delicious but the cake was sort of stale. Or very stale. Regular icing…read morewould be soft and creamy when poked with a fork but this icing was similar to playdoh. Firm and moldable but not fondant. I asked the cashier if it was supposed to be like that so she poked the other icings and said yes, so I just gave the cake the benefit of the doubt. I've questioned their food quality once in the past and just let it go but this second time, welp. Explanation as to why they don't have water cups anymore: preventing spills from happening again, I assume customers didn't notify staff about the water so someone slipped. Pretty reasonable. Water bottles are cheap.

I ordered the duck over rice at KP International Food Court and the duck appeared dark brown, old,…read moreand tasted spoiled. After a couple bites I stopped eating it because something clearly seemed off. When I brought it up to the manager, instead of taking the concern seriously I was told they cook their duck only twice a week and the issue was brushed off as "personal taste." I later received a message pointing me to a sign they have posted saying refunds are not possible due to personal taste. That sign actually raises a bigger issue. When a place feels the need to put up a sign warning customers that they will not address complaints about the food, it makes you wonder how often customers must be raising concerns in the first place. Restaurants that consistently serve fresh food usually do not need to put up disclaimers like that. This was not about personal taste. When meat looks old and tastes spoiled, that is a food quality problem. Calling it "personal taste" does not make it one. That is a problem with the food, not the customer. Instead of acknowledging the concern, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. I have included a screenshot of the message I received so people can see how the situation was handled. Based on this experience, I would not recommend getting food here.
