I wish I could give them 0 star. The manager literally just arguing with me because I did not like 1 finger shape. What a non-professional manager and staff ? This place explained why they're so expensive, because the pedicure chair are new. The model of the shop is new that's why they're expensive. David did my nail, my thumbs shape was bad, so i asked him to fix it. The manager came by, they both speaking there languages and made me FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND EXTREMELY UPSET !!! David did it so fast, but ugly, the shape was really bad. I did not want a discount or a free next visit. The way that the Manager run the store is UNPROFESSIONAL. When I said in front of her that I do not like the shape, she started gave me a side eye looking ? People dont come here just because of everything is new, but the service is extremely bad ! This place is amazing! It's gorgeous inside they even have drinks. The people working here are super friendly! It's also a very big nail bar! You can even make appointments here which I love! They have a huge selection of colors and services! They did not rush and took their time and made sure I was comfortable! So happy to have stumbled upon this place. It's new, classy & clean - how can you go wrong? I had a less than pleasant pedicure experience on Sunday at a different salon that left me feeling frustrated and incredibly disappointed. I happened to cross paths with this little slice of heaven while on a shopping trip and was impressed at jumpstreet. Jeannie greeted me with a warm smile, professional demeanor and friendly presence. My goal was to get a polish change and to get my nails reshaped following this past Sunday's debacle. It was a great experience throughout. This is my favorite salon by far, I travel from Round Rock, Tx to this location because it is better than any nail salon in the area. I never request a specific person to do my nails/toes because every single person that has done them has done an amazing job. Well, this salon may look sparkly and new, however to pros there are a lot of cones. First of all not matter what you ask them by their price list they will always find extra charge for you. Ridiculously I asked for refill, I see on the price list $35 ask the tech do it for me and being charged for $55. Come there with one shape do not ask for re-shape no reshape done, but she added $5 for that on top of it to my long nails, she ads a long nail charge, when I asked her to shorten them.... This place looks amazing but the service says other wise. I asked for a pedicure with no gel and they lady still put gel when asked not too cause she said it would be better even though I insisted I didn't want gel. which led me to get charged for something i didn't ask for. I asked for acrylic but she did a bad job she left my acrylic crooked which made it hurt whenever I would walk cause of how crooked the acrylic was. I asked her to fix it but she said she couldn't. Everyone is so friendly and talented. Get this....they even have a full bar and better frozen margs than I have had in most restaurants! Kayla was a perfectionist with my nails and I couldn't love them more and Nina had not just my toenails looking beautiful but my legs felt soft and heels were callous free. Got my nails done barely 2 weeks ago && I have 3 broken nails. I broke them doing absolutely nothing. I normally don't break my nails, but I expected this after the guy who did my nails kept filing my acrylic down over and over again. I should have said something then. He took almost 2 hours to do my nails and this was only a refill I had done. I also thought it was crazy for me to pay $70 for a refill and I didn't even get a design. I paid $70 for the full set here and the same price for a refill. I wanted to like this place so much but this was the icing on the cake for me. read more

This would be my second time going and both times have been great. They are so attentive which unfortunately a lot of nail places don't have anymore. I love that my nail tech made sure that the color I chose for my nails was the color that I actually wanted on my own nail before moving forward. Had she not said anything I probably wouldn't had liked how that color look on my skin tone. Those are the types of things I love, I love that they actually care. And pedicures are A1 they really go in there and massage your feet like no one's business and TAKE THEIR TIME. I hate when a nail tech rushes me but I never felt this way when I would come here. I had gone to arbor nail bar for their "soft opening" they were so new that they didn't have a yelp page to write a review. I am all for finding new cute nail shops but you should never judge a book by its cover. When I requested a simple white nail fill they began to tell me they only had "glow in the dark" white. Shocked as to why they didn't have the most basic color on hand I began to search through other neutral colors. Sighs and remarks were made but after a while, Finally they found a white that was not "glow in the dark" and proceeded to get the rest of my fill completed. I paid and went home to find out my nail did in fact glow in the dark. Dishonest, ill -mannered and impatient. read more

Tech asked if it was uncomfortable to which I replied that it was; however, she continued to use this method. I finally had to ask her to stop and please soak the product off. When paying for my service their catalog shows removal/soak off without any other service is $10.00; however, I was charged $15.00. I suggest updating catalog prices to avoid this confusion in the future. read more

They haven't been able to tell us how long it will be until they start & are citing staffing issues & have barely apologized for the wait. While I totally understand staffing opportunities, they should have called us to tell us they couldn't start us on time or at minimum tell us how long it could be until they could start when we checked in. There are no appointments. That can be typical with a nail salon. However their online site has appt times which is misleading. Their prices online are also inaccurate. My service was $10 more than I was expecting. Otherwise plenty of technicians and a nice atmosphere. read more

This nail salon advertises walk-ins are welcome. I walked in at 5 o'clock and about three different people studied my nails to try and decide what I should have done. They told me to go pick my color. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes. I finally went up to counter to gauge how much longer. The women looked at me blankly. I just said, I guess I will come back another time and they just smiled and nodded me away. I guess they don't need the business. read more

I went to this place a month ago. I published a picture of how my experience was. One of the ladies cut me 4 times. Three times in the same finger. I left with no design because the lady kept erasing the design. (I just wanted one simple blue line in the middle of my nail.) After 1 hour I asked to speak with the manager and I asked for someone else to finish doing my nails. They had to pull back another person that was about to leave. The lady that had to finish my work couldn't find a way to fix them because she had to take everything off and start over because what the previous lady did was a mess. The owner or the manager still made me pay but gave me a gift card. I was polite and was not rude, I started feeling nervous because the lady that did my nails wrong started laughing and walking around me saying things in a different language. I went back a few weeks ago to give them a second chance and I got a pedicure. Of course I will not show that picture but it was as horrific. I hope this place makes serious changes because it has a lot of potential. This is the first time I make a review because this place has been awful. read more

about two days ago, I booked an appointment at 3 o'clock. The overall atmosphere of the shop was very nice. The front desk provided very good service. It was overall very welcoming. The downside is that even though everything was pretty professional there was one incident during the session, where one worker was badmouthing about how my nails are very small and stubby. I don't think they knew that I understood Vietnamese, but I just feel like the worker should be more self-aware of what they should say right in front of the Customer, because you never know. my artist overall did a good job so I did tip.
