I've had my board bindings adjusted here and they taught my friend how to tighten his bindings. They genuinely want to help you out and can give you all the info you need. Late review but this store was clutch when I got a board last min online to replace my 20 year old Burton. Didn't realize until the board came that there are different binding set ups. Found this store about 2 days before I was leaving for Jackson Hole. Which by the way, was a fun board, loved every minute of it and the fact that the board and bindings were designed together and match. Tyler so nice to put the bindings on my new board. Recent found Arbor in PB as my daughter needed boots and bindings for her board. Tyler and staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. There was a good selection to choose from. The store is less than 1 year old and is super clean. So glad to find this store in San Diego for snowboard gear as there are not many around. My friend and I recently stopped by Arbor with a very limited knowledge about board types and what would work best for us. We were warmly greeted by Tyler and Trevor who were incredibly kind and clearly knew what they were talking about. Was planning to snowboard for the first time and decided to check out Arbor San Diego to pick up a beginner board. Conner was EXTREMELY helpful and taught me all about different snowboard styles, bindings and what to look for. He gave a few recommendations for boards and I ended up settling on a Crosscut 159w with High Back bindings. Not only was he super helpful but just genuinely a nice guy and I enjoyed chatting with him and he helped create a really welcoming and fun environment inside the store. Stopped in here over the weekend and picked up a longboard. I was looking at a few others before stopping in (landyachtz and sector 9). This board was better quality (thicker) and literally turns on a Dime. I love my new skateboard. The staff was super genuine- friendly and helpful. I also like their shirts, so I'll be back! Went in a few days ago to buy skateboards for the first time. Novist skateboarder, the two men in the shop were so friendly and helpful. Knew all about the boards and let me ride the boards around the shop. Nice and well put together store, cute clothes and a lot of nice boards.
