Late review but this store was clutch when I got a board last min online to replace my 20 year old Burton. Didn't realize until the board came that there are different binding set ups. Found this store about 2 days before I was leaving for Jackson Hole. Which by the way, was a fun board, loved every minute of it and the fact that the board and bindings were designed together and match. Tyler so nice to put the bindings on my new board. Even honored the 10% Yelp discount. Now I'm ready for a new Arbor skateboard. Rad company.

The store is less than 1 year old and is super clean. So glad to find this store in San Diego for snowboard gear as there are not many around. Love this store. The people here are so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I always see skaters here but I mainly come here for snowboarding. I've had my board bindings adjusted here and they taught my friend how to tighten his bindings. They genuinely want to help you out and can give you all the info you need. These guys know how to make you feel valued. I did not know what to do for my son in his snowboarding quest. Both Kenderick and Malay helped us get the right things needed for our snowboarding adventure. Kenderick helped us with finding the right things for an up-and-coming snowboarder. He help us with everything we needed. He had a knowledge of equipment, and his demeanor is that of a professional. Malay helped my son with the right goggles for a teen. Came here to drop off my skis for some waxing. I had gotten off work late and when I called to see if they could wait for me to arrive near their closing time, I spoke with Kat and she was more than willing helpful to help me. Was planning to snowboard for the first time and decided to check out Arbor San Diego to pick up a beginner board. Conner was EXTREMELY helpful and taught me all about different snowboard styles, bindings and what to look for. He gave a few recommendations for boards and I ended up settling on a Crosscut 159w with High Back bindings. Not only was he super helpful but just genuinely a nice guy and I enjoyed chatting with him and he helped create a really welcoming and fun environment inside the store. The next day I ripped it up for the first time at Snow Summit and had an absolute BLAST. Thank you Conner for recommending such a fantastic board!!! read more

These folks will hook you up!! Everyone is so friendly. I'm a beginner snowboarder and came in to get bindings installed. They were really patient and informative and also showed me how to adjust my bindings if I wanted to later on. Definitely recommend! read more

Stopped in here over the weekend and picked up a longboard. I was looking at a few others before stopping in (landyachtz and sector 9). This board was better quality (thicker) and literally turns on a Dime. I love my new skateboard. The staff was super genuine- friendly and helpful. I also like their shirts, so I'll be back! Cruised in knowing that I wanted Thirty-Two snowboard boots and Tyrone was a huge help. I am a 8.5 women's, however, these were too small for me and half way thru running my 5K, both my feet were numb and it just made the rest of my run a bit more tortuous than usual. Its odd, but Addidas shoes have never worked out for me, ever. Its not made for people like me with weird feet haha. But, I had a great time here! I got to try out Pop Up Bagels (yummy and legit), I got a very nice Road Runner long sleeve T shirt and also a water bottle, all things I was not expecting to get! I also met a cool friend who's a legend around here and she gave me a bunch of tips on finding run clubs etc, so that was super sweet! After the event, at 10am, I browsed the store and damn its huge and with plenty of treadmills too so you can try out your shoes before buying! I didnt buy anything today but I will be back! I ended up having to go to Trader Joe's for three of the flower varieties I was looking for and not only did Trader Joes have them but they were vibrant and lively and, far less expensive. Then when I complained they agreed to refund my order. They charged me $124 for dead mini shriveled up roses a shit ton of white carnations that hadn't barely bloomed yet. And brown tipped ugly sad gloomy dead supposed to be white orchids. All the flowers were mini and there was string showing already! The Lei was shoved in a bag in a box wrapped with an ice pack. I had to sadly compost it. It was that sad. After all that. Only gave me a partial refund and won't respond anymore to me. Please Don't give this place anymore chances to screw up and scam you into buying dead flowers with carnations as fillers. (the other pics of them doing the exact same thing to other customers!)

I recently visited Arbor SD with the intention of purchasing snowboard boots. While they didn't have my exact size in stock, the clerk was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the features of the boots I was interested in and answered all my questions thoroughly. We had a great conversation about snowboarding and the different boot options available. The store itself has a really cool, open entryway and a fantastic selection of snowboards.
