Of the four arborist companies have used in the past, this fifth company is the only one I would recommend and hire again. Although the job was delayed twice (mechanical difficulties with their truck and an ill arborist), they were worth the wait. Mossy Tree care is not all about cutting down trees (unlike some companies), they make suggestions on how to prune trees to keep them. Went on to explain that for whatever reason, his phone wasn't working from Mid-February on. I was truly impressed that he made the effort to stop by regardless. He stated that he hadn't forgotten about returning part of my payment but needed my help to do so due to my reviews. My mother hired Kaio and his team again and she paid me some of the money promised. They have gone on to do many other projects for my mother which I know she is thrilled about.
