The All Around Arbor crew showed up at my residence on 06/19/2026, on time and ready to go. The crew did a excellent job removing a tree and trimming 2 others that should have been done decades ago. The team was excellent at communicating what the plan was before, during and after the job was done to my satisfaction. I can't remember the team leader's name but was very impressed at his devotion to ensure the job was completed with my total satisfaction. The crew did an excellent job cleaning and removing all the debris from the job. This is my second annual review of All Around Arbor Tree Care. Last year's review was 5 stars. This year, the large tall, laurel hedge and extensive tree pruning job was even better than last year. I'd give the work 6 stars if that was an option. The crew was "Team 3" which did such great work. Less than one day to complete with attention to every detail and excellent clean up. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of pruning, trimming and tree shaping they performed. I wish I knew about this company years ago. read more

Great service. I had a large maple tree removed with stump grinding and removal of some roots that had taken over the yard around the tree. They also pruned the neighbors apple tree that was dropping a 5 gallon bucket daily of split apples in my yard. I have not had one apple end up in my yard since their great efforts. They also trimmed the canopy of a maple in my front yard that delivery trucks kept hitting. Everything was professional from the estimate to their workers arriving on time. I had another estimate that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but decided these guys were going to use more modern methods of using a lift to get to the high branches. Their clean up job was complete I found a few leaves and small twigs in the yard but for taking an entire tree down they did an amazing job with the haul away and clean up. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I have need of more tree work. read more

When I asked for something extra, it was always, "no problem!" Work was done on time and clean up was proper. The best part of this review is what happened after. My neighbor and I had them take down a BIG cottonwood. It was a pain. On the bank of the Willamette river. A few days later, my neighbor wanted a bit more clean up of some the downed limbs. We requested estimates from 3 companies, we decided on All Around Arbor Tree Service, mostly because when Ryan came out to look at our Japanese Red Maple, first thing he said was "What would you like done". Then he went to work and completely said everything he would recommend. We spent 15-20+ minutes looking it over. He then sent a completely detailed estimate ( other companies sent a 1 or 2 sentence with price) and said "when they were done, if I saw anything that maybe should be cut, let the crew know". Just had two trees near our house trimmed that were growing way out of control with branches striking my house and my next door neighbor's house. The magnolia and dogwood trees look absolutely great. They lowered and shaped both trees so they both have a very attractive look to them. The magnolia was shaped in such a way that the limbs look somewhat like a heart but will probably disappear from sight when the leaves return. I am very satisfied with the work completed. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess afterwards. I feel their price was very reasonable as there were four guys that completed the job in a very timely manner. We had Zach and his team come remove a large branch that had broken off of our willow tree. The tree was in the corner of our lot and had a fence and structure that made it very difficult to navigate around. Zach and his team did an amazing job and were so precise as if they had not our fence and structure would have been easily damaged. They were very professional, proficient and took the time to clean up, our yard looked like nothing had happened when they left. 100% recommended and would definitely be using them next time I need a job done in my yard with the big trees. We had some ginormous cedars and Doug fir trees in our backyard that were old , splitting and very close to our roof and so the only logical but unfortunate way was to chop them off . If you have ever gotten trees chopped off ,u know that - its extremely expensive . I personally had zero idea that it is a burn a hole in your pocket kind of purchase . I ended up getting multiple estimates and found this company not only reasonable price wise but I appreciate how they were really taking estimates of the area , how things will be taken out and measurements etc . The rest of the other companies would just come in take a look and take a pic and say yes right away without any other measurements . They were responsible for the permits and it was added to the final cost .The communication was easy and responsive . The appointment was booked for approx. a month later which worked out fine for us. We had two big trees that needed to be chopped and multiple that had never been pruned so a lot of dead branches. They estimated it will take three days start to finish and they were pretty much done by day two . Day three only involved stump grinding and clean up . The crew had a lot of people and they were all professional and fast . The trees are extremely tall and it looked like a very scary job but the team was fantastic start to finish . Three thing that I can think of as a slight negative is - that a lot of small plants in my yard ended up being taken away with the stumps but I understand there was no way around it . The clean - up could have been better because I ended up cleaning the wrappers of food (the team`s) plus a lot of debris of roots from the yard .One of the fence got broken due to the impact of the big tree and the team did do a fix up of that but it didn't turn out to be the exact same way it was before -again not something that was done intentionally . I found them extremely professional and punctual and also relatively reasonable price wise . I saw that our neighbors also ended up getting their yard work done by them ,after they saw the great job they had done at ours. read more

They came, they saw, and they conquered 3 huge maples on our property that needed pruning. These trees had dead spars hanging around. Our biggest maple is 150 ft. high. They brought a lift truck and limb grinder too. The 3-man crew with foreman Ryan were professional, courteous and very proficient. Their price is very competitive and reasonable. They cleaned up all around our house. It was fun watching them work from a safe distance. They sawed up several big logs so we can burn them in our wood stove. They educated us about how much or little could be pruned, given the nature of the different maples we have. We are first time home owners and got more property (and trees!) than we anticipated. All the various projects involved in having an older house with more land can be overwhelming, but with a dying and potentially dangerous tree I knew it would be the good neighbor thing to act on it sooner rather than after it had squashed my neighbors Lyft rental. Scheduling the estimate was satisfactory. Person that came to survey was very knowledgeable and discussed options (eg. trimming vs removing a tree, keeping things healthy, tree species & longevity). I had gotten five quotes from other competitors in the area and All Around Arbor had the most competitive edge on price and performance history. Obviously everyone's project scopes vary and each companies approach to the job might have been a little different as far as expectations or estimates for cleaning up or raising the canopy and removing trees, but I found from reviews and price that All Around Arbor could not be beat from the research I had done (and they have a cool looking office front - you can tell a reputable business if they have one). On the scheduled "early afternoon appointment" they arrived around 12:10pm; re-confirmed with me what we wanted (1 tree removal & 2 minor tree trimming needs); coordinated tree removal started in earnest around 12:30pm; by 1:15pm the DYING TREE WAS GONE - and other trees had been trimmed!! After ground cleanups and a quick walk around with me to check project completion, payment at 1:30pm. When they told me it wouldn't take more than a couple hours, they were serious! Starting with the person who answers the phone, the gentleman who came out to do the bid and the four men who worked on my trees. I feel that all of them took the time to listen to what I had to say and how I wanted the work done.
