First, I've loved Arby's food for decades. The people at the Smithfield Arby's have been nice enough. Having said that, it's easily one of the worst drive thrus in Smithfield, and that's saying a lot. It normally takes 15 minutes to get you food, if you are lucky, and you have a less than a 50-50 chance that you will get your entire order. Not just once in awhile, but every time I go there. They honestly apologize for the food taking so long, but then you get home and find something that you paid $6 is missing from your order. But like I said, even with their drive thru beings consistently bad, they are not as bad as Sonic or KFC. read more

We had been traveling all day. Some of the places we stopped at to use the bathroom were gross. This place had a single stall with a deadbolt lock, so, I had to do a #2. This is very rare for me since I'm a germaphobe, but it was so clean, I couldn't resist. I ordered through the app, but it took about 20 minutes for the food to be ready... So I got there and sat there for 5 min and then she came on the intercoms and said what can I get you and I wanted the 2 for 6.99 roast beef cheddars and she said we're out of roast beef like there motto is we have the meats but there out of it. I placed a mobile order at this Arby's location today. When I arrived I automatically pulled into the drive thru. As soon as the cashier welcomed me, I apologized & said I had a mobile order to pick up & I would pull around & come inside to get it. She said "I can get that for you. Just pull to the window." When I arrived at the window, a male with more than a bit of an attitude thrust my bag at me. I took it & told him I also had a large drink. He rolled his eyes but got it for me. I asked for ketchup & Arby's sauce & he said "it's in the bag". Now y'all know the sauce is never in the bag so I checked, and there was no sauce in the bag. You wanna know what WAS in the bag? About 3 ounces of grease bc they didn't bother to drain the potato cakes before putting them in the paper holder & dropping them into my bag. I had to wipe my sandwich wrapper bc it was literally covered in grease. Yes, I finally got my ketchup & sauce, & I showed the cashier the bottom of the bag. I got an "oh wow" and that was it. No offer to replace my grease covered meal. No "let me get the manager for you". Takeout is too expensive for this nonsense. I won't go back. read more

Drive through. There was only one car in front of me but I still had to wait a couple minutes before ordering and had to pull up and wait. They were also out of King Hawaiian buns when I wanted to try the fish deluxe for the first time. Not a good impression. read more

I am not a fast food fan usually, but Arby's in Smithfield has made me a fan. The food has been tasty, clean ,fresh, hot and even healthier than other establishments. Stopped in had the deep fried turkey wrap had lettuce tomato and cranberry sauce on it, they also put Mayo but I didn't want any. If the wrap was grilled it would make this sandwich over to top. Stop in give it a try. The carmel chocolate chip cookies are the bomb read more

I am local and have often dismissed Arby's for no particular reason. I have recently ordered from the drive through in this location and have been more than pleased. Their sanitation score is 100 and Destiny, who works at the drive through window, has been one of the most pleasant people I have been in contact with at any fast food establishment in a very long time...not just once but various visits. The food is great and always seems to be freshly prepared...nice work Arby's of Smithfield! read more

We have went three times this week to eat at this location and every time they tell us a different time they are closed. One time it was "we closed at 8:00" (It was 8:30) then it was "we closed at 6:00pm" (it was 7:00pm) and then the other they did not say anything but just looked at us while smoking at their cars. Why be open at all? Just shut the doors if you can't feed your customers. read more

Dining room STILL has not reopened. Order is consistently wrong through drive they which means I either circle back around and wait again or just take the messed up food. Arby's is my fave and I love stopping at Smithfield as it's a half way point for me on my weekly drive, but will not stop here again until dining room opens again. read more

We love Arbys! I'll start with that! But we stopped at this one on our way home from vacation. We wanted to get out of the car and sit down! After we got out of the car and walked up to the door, we saw it was only providing drive-thru service. You could not go in. I understand the lack of employees and the difficulty running the dining room without staff, but this restaurant is not easy to get in and out of. There should be very prominent signage stating Drive Thru only!! We left that exit completely since it was impossible to turn left there and very difficult to make a u-turn and go elsewhere.
