I normally love Arby's, but today I had the absolute worst food there ever! I ordered a roast beef gyro and when I got home I realized it was a Greek gyro. Arby's slogan of "we have meats" is a giant lie, at least at this particular Arby's! There was hardly any meat and what was there was dry and hard clumps, also no tomatoes, only lettuce and sauce! We went to Arbys on Rt 50 in Ocean City and got there at 10:02. The lights were on and when we pulled up to the drive thru we waited. Finally I said Hello and a person said hi. I asked if they had the Orange Creme shake and the person said no, we are closed. Someone behind them said they were open, and the first said it was after 10 and they were closed. Very Very rude!!! If they are closed they should turn the lights off, but it was 10:02 and they were rude and obnoxious. Will never go there again. read more

I try not to eat fast food very often, but when I do, I avoid places like the yellow arches. The food I got wasn't exactly hot and fresh, which was a turn off. It was warmish, and tolerable, but I expect a little better. read more

I know, five stars may seem a lot for ANY fast food restaurant, but then I don't write reviews about fast food restaurants, at least not ordinarily. I pledged to write this one after having a superb sandwich. I swear, if there was a place that served sandwiches this good near my house, I'd be there several times a week, anyway. I was floored. I don't really know anything about Berlin MD, or how easy it is to find good food there. Maybe this place just has to be that good to compete. I was driving home from the shore with one headlight out and had to stop into the auto parts store across the street from this Arby's for a replacement bulb. I was hungry so I decided to try the Arby's. I was glad I did. I seem to recall it was a patty melt with bacon and something else. I felt it was a gamble until my first bite. My girlfriend and I also tried the desserts. They were okay, not great, but after that sandwich, nothing could lose this place even one of those five stars. I asked to speak to the manager and made sure to the address in writing so I could post this review. Passing through this town near Ocean City Md, on my way back to NY for a late dinner. Arbie's motto is We got the Meat!...The barbecue brisket sandwich was greasy and the meat was an iridescent cardboard textured mystery meat..no way was it brisket and quite disgusting.I left it over. The curly fries were tasty but that was because of the gallon of salt they poured over them....My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was nasty, and like a wet sponge covered in gross sauce. I WILL NEVER EVER HAVE ARBY"S EVER AGAIN...avoid this fastfood chain! ONe star is one star too many in my opinion. read more

I purchased my dinner from Arby's. I ordered Corned Beef Reuben, curly fries and Pepsi, but my sandwich was lukewarm and fries cold. Staff were standing around near front, but I wanna know if anyone was in the back cooking. I've stopped here several times my service today was horrible. My family and I stopped at this locaction on Friday May 11th. This was after a very long car ride and everyone was hungry. We placed our order and I gave the cashier my card. She swiped my card 5 times and then proceeded to tell me that their system was not working and asked if I had cash. I pulled up my bank's app on my phone and noted that two of the five charges are now pending on my bank account. I requested my bank card back and explained I did not have cash. They got a manager from the back who was supposedly on the phone trying to resolve the issue. He also told me I would have to give them cash in order to get our order, even though two charges are now pending on my bank account. That is money that is now unavailable to me until it falls off my bank account, or goes through, in which case they would then reimburse me. I do not live near this location nor did I plan to ever return. I was given a phone number to call on Monday and I wrote down the manager's name as well. Monday morning I called and spoke with a different manager who assured me he would handle the situation and would call back later to follow up. We proceeded to play phone tag the rest of the day, I would get messages, call back and get a recording or someone telling me to call back later. At the end of the day I was told they were installing new registers and I should call back later. I called later, voicemail. Finally the charges have dropped off my account. I received a call today from someone at the store to "rectify the issue," however, the charges have now dropped off my account, 5 days later. I requested they do not call me any more as this has been resolved as of now, but I would let them know if there were any more issues -only to receive one more call from the manager who was dismissive since the issue is now resolved. The least they could have done is try to resolve the issue while we were in the store and my children were hungry, not demand further money. That was money that could have been used during my vacation. I will never eat at another Arby's location again. read more

Stopped for a late night sandwich. I ordered the slides, one each, ham, Beed and corned beef. They were really yucky. Normally, I like Arby's but don't stop often. I think the meat and cheese were heated in the microwave and put on the bun. They were not those yummy 5 for $5. sandwiches I used to love. read more

The food & drinks just weren't worth the calories, also the woman who took our order had absolutely no patience. I will never return.

I visit this location quite frequently and the ladies usually working are nice, friendly and sweet. This morning during my visit I asked the young man for some extra salt and pepper. He replied with his usual mmm ok. And then of course he didn't give me any. So after looking I signaled to what looked like the manager; an older man in a black polo. I asked him for a "few" esalt and pepper. He looked at me like I asked him to come outside and wash my windows off for me... an extremely rude and unprofessional response. All I asked for was some salt and pepper and received this attitude because his employee already didn't do his job. I work in the service industry and have now for 17+ years. If someone asked me for something and I forgot to give it to them, I certainly wouldn't be ignorant and rude to them when they asked again for what was already supposed to be given to them. That simple. After all that he made it a point to hand me 1 salt and 2 pepper. read more

At 4 pm on 6/1 I stopped Into this food establishment. There were about 5 people waiting for their food. One person was taking orders and he was trying to get orders out. He had an order for coffee and he was making a fresh pot when a woman from the back came out and began to belittle Dre in front of all the customers because they were waiting for food. She was really loud and rude and looked at me because I was next and went to the register and asked me for my order. I gave her 3 items and then she left the register herself. Dre came over and realized she never cashed me out. He rung up my order which had only 2 items. She then said " I'm going into the back.", and left the area. There were 4 or 5 other employees which I would assume we're responsible for getting the orders out that Dre had put in. A manager type person later appeared and this woman even talked back to him. Several of us were uncomfortable with this "scene". I actually could not eat all my meal, and I left with only half my sandwich eaten. I felt like I was in a food tv nightmare episode. read more
