Just passing through blue ridge and stopped At Arby's for lunch. All of our food was fresh, and tasted amazing for fast food. I think the only flaw was the cheese stick could have been cooked a minute or two longer, But were still good. We are from Florida and have a home base Arby's we eat at from time to time, so it was nice to be far from home and receive good food. read more

So I have been to this location several times. It is always the slowest Arby's I've ever have been too! Food is standard Arby's fare. Nothing to complain about. But the service and speed is just terrible. Dont stop in here if your in a hurry. If your not in a hurry and want Arbys, then you will be fine. read more

Two weeks ago a friend said she ordered a roast beef sandwich and was told they were out of beef. Today I drove up to the drive through. There was a car in front of me that wasn't moving, obviously waiting to order. after approx. 4 minutes I drove around, parked and walked in to about 4 guys waiting for their orders. They were all nodding there heads as if they had been waiting a long time. I was the only person waiting to order and it was not particularly busy. I waited and waited for someone to notice me and take my order. While waiting I heard an employee say they were out of beef (again). Someone finally noticed me and went to the register to take my order. She looked at the register and said "Oh, I can't". I walked out and went to Burger King across the street. And they want a $15 dollar minimum wage. LOL Definitely a management issue. read more

Emily at the drive thru window is probably the best employee this Arby's has. Anytime I'm there she is always very professional, friendly and very fast paced. A huge asset to this establishment. I am very surprised at these low ratings. Ok, it does take a little longer to get your food. I am an out of towner so I appreciate the staff here because they take the time to get your order right AND hot. I had a clumsy moment and the bag ripped dropping my sandwhich and cheese sticks. Realizing it was my fault completely I decided to go back and reorder my food. I explained to the cashier what happened in a (ashamed) jokingly way and he prepared to have my food remade at no charge. I made it very clear it was my fault because I dont think its fair for someone else to be short changed because of something I did by mistake. The people that work there are very rude and are also on drugs. They are unprofessional and unorganized. I applied for the job and I had an interview and everything. Then, they gave me a day for my orientation to do all of my paperwork. I called on that day to make sure they were still doing it and they said that i needed to wait on the district manager. I waited and I waited. i heard nothing from them, no follow ups or anything. I finally called them to find out for myself exactly a time and they said, i do quote, "I think it's just going to be no." Our firm comes up to Blue Ridge with around 50 people every three months. Now, I love Arby's, but this location is probably the worst overall restaurant I've ever been to. The people here are either completely incompetent or apathetic; it seems like they just DGAF. I sat at the drive-thru window for four minutes and nobody took my order, so I went inside. Stood there for three minutes (I was the only person in line) with four employees around. Nobody took my order or even looked at me. I finally walked out. Not the first time, either. I've been there a couple times and I've never gotten out of there in under 15 minutes. Employees are worthless and definitely NOT fast food. This was my last attempt at this place. read more

Something's changed in the past month, this location used to have great food and good customer service. Now the employees are rude, orders come out wrong and the food has clearly sat out under heat lamps for hours before being sold because it's dried out and nasty. Shame. read more

I was in the Arby's in Blue Ridge yesterday around 4:30. Ordered a roast beef sandwich and a salad, took 22 minutes to get our food, the place was SO dirty, had to wash down a table to even sit down, every table was filthy and food all over the floors. spoke to them 2X about the dirty conditions I heard others complaining about the poor service and condition of the store. travel over 1/2 hr to get to Arby's and was so unhappy read more

This was the worst Arby's I have ever been too. First, I went through the drive thru to order my meal. Once I started to drive away i bit into my potatoes cake and it was cold and raw in the middle. So, I had to turn around and take my food back in. The manager did apologizes for this and started to make me new ones. However,(This is when I got grossed out) while standing at the counter waiting, the manager had dropped 2 onion rings on a order and asked the girl who was doing the drive-thru to drop 2 more for her. I watched that girl walk to the freezer open the door and take out 2 onion rings with her bare hands...NO GLOVES!! Remind you now she has been handling money in the drive thru. Very good food. Very, very friendly staff. Food is a bit pricey and sometimes the quality is not consistent but overall very good.
