I went to this Zaxby's after work to get dinner because I had worked late and didn't feel like cooking. I ordered two boneless wings meals, one 5 piece sweet & spicy and one 8 piece teriyaki. First thing they pulled me to a parking spot to wait. They were parking everyone and then bringing their order out. I waited at least 15 minutes. The wings were not fresh, my sweet n spicy hardly had any sauce on them. My husbands 8 piece was only 6 pieces. Very disappointed in the quality of the food and the wait time. Improve on the quality of the food, make it hot and fresh, make sure the order is correct. I don't mind to wait if my food is hot and fresh but it was not and the order was wrong. read more

Today my wife picked up our dinner this evening at the blue ridge zaxbys until today we were devoted customers even through covid there wasn't many places open so are go to was always zaxbys to show them support but to changed it all ,,, when my wife picked up our dinner she did the online ordering to save time got through the line no problem everyone there has always been very nice she got home opened the her box of wings that is 11.39 not bad if there good they were completely tuff and dry over cooked completely inedible ok mistakes happen no problem my wife takes them back and just simply asked for a refund and this guy this kid said im sorry ma'am we cant give you a refund you ate some of it she only pulled apart the wings to show in the pictures just to show theres no way anyone could eat these he offered for her to order again but she just asked for the refund so accused of lying just to get a refund my wife was livid and i don't blame her they usually dont make alot of mistakes but lately they have in the past few months with my orders my wife's orders and just continues to get worse ive been in the food service industry for over 30 years and the food needs to be good for sure and no ones perfect but when your service staff has attitudes you lose customers ,,,, i recommend everyone one stay away from zaxbys in blue ridge thank you for reading former loyal customers read more

I don't even feel like I should be giving this place even a star they messed up my order. I told them for the meal and they didn't give me any fries. It was the whole $20 for one person at other fast food chains. There's only $10 the chicken wings are hard as a rock. The one thing that's good about the meal is the fries and they don't have spoons. What restaurant does it have spoons the milkshake does taste good but you can't even drink it horrible and the workers did not help me at all and the place stinks. Wouldn't recommend. read more

This 3rd or 4th time over the past year we didn't get a proper order. We tried to call to alleviate the issue. First guy hung up with me trying to solve the issue, manager tried to hang up with me. Was not given a receipt and paid with a debit card. Called as soon as we go home. Manager tried to belittle and talk over me while I was explaining that I wasn't given a receipt. Was told no receipt not my problem. Even though paid with debit card in the past less than 30 minutes. To me it seems the quality of food and service in the past year has tanked. With this issue and me having to now write the owner and corporate about our issues that could have been solved by I apologize sir if you are able to come back we will ensure you get taken care of. Compared to the other restaurants around, Zaxby's isn't bad. 95% Chance they get your order correct, somedays it's hit or miss. Dining area is somewhat clean, a lot of foot traffic. The food is alright; A lot of grease, but really dry. (When you are hungry, it doesn't really matter.) The drive through wait is fairly long, but IMO the smell of the food alone is worth it. read more

What happened to Zaxbys? $20 for 5 wings, loaded fries, and a coke. Gave me Zax sauce I didn't want, but the wings had very little of the honey mustard I did want. They were overcooked and a bit dry. Problem #1: They charged me for the people behind me orders, had I not have questioned the total, it would have gone unnoticed and uncorrected. However by the time I questioned it, they had already swiped my card. (They told me they would give me a receipt showing they refunded the money, they did not.) Problem #2: The receipt I get for my order has blood smeared on the top of it (ill add a picture). Problem 3: I order Coke to drink. When I got the window and the girl asks if I ordered Coke or Dr. Pepper, I verify Coke. So boy was I surprised when I get down the road, take a sip of my coke......AND ITS SWEET TEA! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My bf and I ordered two wing meals and they ended up giving us the wrong order. So he goes inside and they also gave another woman the wrong order. We ended up having each others meals...She did not have a receipt and we did yet they called her a liar and refused to give her money back. Not sure if it was because she wasn't white or what. They ended up switching them around the right way when we gave them our receipt. Racist! Another time I have found dirt in my salad, a nat in my tea, and a pubic hair in my wings. This is the second visit and third thing I have ordered that this Zaxbys has gotten wrong. I have ordered chicken Little's twice with buffalo sauce and I get them with no sauce. I ordered a club and it was literally a piece of chicken on a bun with nothing else. Do not waste your time at this Zaxbys unless you like not knowing what you are getting. read more

Went here our first night on vacation, had two separate orders for our party of 5. We got up to the window and I asked if I could have a ranch. She made me dig through our bag, get a sauce we didn't want from inside one of the boxes, and trade it out with her.. I also ordered the 5 piece tender plate (they offer 4 5 or 6), and was given 3. I called them 20 minutes before they closed when we got back to our lodge only for them to tell us it was too late for us to come back and if we wanted the tenders to come back the next day with our receipt, that none of us were even given. Tristan was professional on the phone with me, offering me to come in the next day with his name to get it all fixed. I live in Texas, but my grandparents live up here in Georgia and i've been coming up here since I was a kid. I've been to several Zaxby's across the states and in Georgia but here and the Zaxby's in Blairsville have to be THE BEST Zaxby's I have ever been to. Especially at this place, the servers are always very kind and respectful. The food is excellently made. And their Zax Sauce is TOO DIE FOR! We eat at Zaxby's several times a year. What I learned about it recently is that you can order online and then go pick it up. I love this! We own a business in Blue Ridge and this makes our life easier when we can get good food fast. We will probably be eating there more often because of this feature. read more

Started off rough. Couldn't find any highchairs. The floor was extremely slippery from the light drizzle outside. The booths were all too small for our party of 5 adults and two toddlers. But, we located the highchairs finally, sitting in a group over by the other entrance. As for the table problem, they helped us slide a table over to connect with a booth so we could all fit. The food itself was really good. It came out fast and hot, and was very tasty. I have seen Zaxby's before, but had never stopped. I'm glad we did this time. read more

went there for pick up to go for lunch on saturday. we wanted crisp fires so i went in to order instead of the window. we did not get our fries crisp and wer actually cold . the cooks in kitchen had hair going all over the place and the girls had hats on but had the hair down and designed to make a statement. all employees should have hair nets on or put their hair in their hats, there was a cook in the kitchen with a long very long beard and not beard net. i think with this kind of sanitation i would be concerned. food is below standard and very disappointing. read more
