Came by because I wanted to try their new peach pies. I hadn't been to an Arby's in a while, so I was also looking forward to having a beef & cheddar that I used to LOVE years ago. I wish I could say that the classic beef & cheddars were just as tasty as I remembered but they sadly are not. First of all, presentation is way different, not just from what I remember, but oh so different than the posters on the windows ~ it was sad, flat, and sloppily assembled. Flavor is similar, but even the Arby's sauce didn't give it the extra umph. I had high hopes for the new Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich but this also did not wow at all. The curly fries were nicely breaded and had a decent texture but was lacking flavor. The peach pie filling was tasty, although there wasn't enough filling but plenty of crust. I didn't have much interaction with the staff because I placed a drive thru pick up/mobile order. I will note, tho, that the speaker at the drive thru was very loud. read more

Food is always tasty for the cost. I went through the drive thru and the person taking my order was super nice and not always the case with drive thru. I did not go inside, but it was very busy so I was impressed how super efficient they were taking care of clients at the drive thru. That alone added to the easy, no fuss, get a quick bite for lunch. Yum Arby's brings back memories my Mom loved Arby's. It's not too far and sometimes you just feel like a roast beef sandwich with some Horsey sauce yum. We ordered 3 roast beefs, their delicious crispy curly fries, and 6 mozzarella sticks. Wasn't starving so didn't want a lot and it was the perfect amount of food for us. We went through the drive through and I forgot to check in but it's ok. The service is always friendly everyone always has a smile we appreciate that thank you so much. I went to the Arby's on Imperial Highway in Brea tonight, and what I experienced was downright cruel. They advertise being open until 10:00 pm, but when I pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:31 pm, they not only refused to take my order--they came to the window, looked right at me, and then simply walked away without saying a single word. No explanation, no "sorry, we're closed early," nothing. Just silence and dismissal. If this location consistently closes early, then the least they could do is update their posted hours so customers don't waste their time driving out for nothing. Shutting down 30 minutes ahead of schedule without telling people is not just unprofessional, it's inconsiderate. The whole experience reminded me of Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights--cold, cruel, and uncaring in their disregard. If Emily Brontë had written a fast-food tragedy, it would have looked exactly like this moment: customers spurned at the window, left to hunger on the moors of Imperial Highway. Arby's, if you don't want to serve food past 9:30, at least be honest about it. Change your hours so people know. read more

Horrible treatment by "Gaby" the Mgr! Accused me of lying because I washed the defective shake cup. The chocolate shake exploded all over my husband and I rinsed it at the Pollo Loco nearby while cleaning up the interior of my car. The cup had several vertical cracks. I only went back the same day to let them know that perhaps their plastic cups were exposed to the elements or had been stored under too much weight. I wasn't even asking for a refund. Very unprofessional, extremely disrespectful. I told her I would call her corporate office and she dared me to do it. This location needs to treat their customers better. She refused to put the refund back on my credit card. Very demeaning experience. She ripped on me in front of everyone. We've been eating here, often after church for 20 years, so figured time to leave them some good words. It's a clean and well maintained restaurant, every time we've been here. Now, It's Lent and plain and simple the BEST FISH SANDWICH of any fast food place is ARBY'S. THEY GOT THE FISH!!!. We stopped today and got two enormous Crispy Fish sandwiches for seven bucks and a large order of crinkly fries at the drive through. The fries were right out of the fryer, piping hot, great insides and crispy outside. As good as I EVER had in 60+ years of french frying. The sandwiches were also fresh and piping hot. Took them home and it was a great lunch with a salad pack. For less than two bits more than the Filet O'Fish you get twice the fish and twice the fish taste. Not coming here again. Placed an order in the drive thru, my mom tried my shake while waiting for our food and decided she wanted one too. We tried repeatedly to wave down the worker inside, who looked right at us then stopped looking at us. We flagged down another worker who we watched tell her we needed her help, watched her and and respond that she knew, then continued to ignore us. When our food was done, she walked to the window, handed it to us, didn't even acknowledge we were trying to get her attention and said "thanks good night" and didn't even acknowledge we were waving at her for about three minutes trying to get help. I really want to love this Arby's because it's a convenient location but almost every time we eat here there's something wrong with our order. We also feel bad that the people in the drive thru seem exhausted like they are maybe understaffed or the working conditions are just not great. We try to be super friendly when we go but it seems they need a team leader who can lift their spirits and help them be efficient while also having a good time to help the day go easier. Manager here is friendly and fixed a problem we had with a wrong order. Curly fries usually are broken into small pieces with a few large curls on top. Not sure if they're getting delivered that way or if it's how they're being scooped into the containers but this is worth looking into from a quality standpoint. Had some sauce packets stuck together which was gross because they left a mess on our center console where we set them down unopened and they stuck to the console. Perhaps something spilled into the condiment packet containers? That needs to be cleaned. The chicken sandwich was disappointing because the chicken is so thin but the rest of the food has been good. Have not had Arby's in a long time, since all the locations near me have closed, but had been passing by this location often that it beckoned me in. The drive-thru is open, but the dining room was not - at least when I was there last Saturday. I ordered the 2 for $6 (Chicken Cheddar Ranch and Classic Roast Beef), and, of course, also an order of Curly Fries (small). Drive-thru was efficient and the person who took my order, along with the cashier were friendly. I was, at first, not expecting much from the Chicken Cheddar Ranch but it was delicious! It was more delicious than the Chicken Sandwich from KFC, the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar) were fresh! The Classic Roast Beef was on par with what I remembered, and it was delish! The beef was sliced thinly and packed with flavor! Delicious and very easy to bite and chew. Of course, cannot go wrong with the curly fries! Packed with flavors in each bite. Yum! Meal was great and we will be returning in the future! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. This has no bearing on the labor employees, that are always kind and accommodating. I fear that the management is lacking. Recently I ordered one of the Angus burgers, the bacon ranch, what I ordered was not what I got. I received a deluxe but that wasn't the worst. I understand that this burger isn't supposed to be cooked through but medium rare, when I bit into my burger it was rare, not such a problem of it wasn't from a fast food place, I have no idea how long it was holding for. The angus burger is also fried. I sent in a complaint with no reply from this location. I know how feedback works for fast food, I spent many years at the local level and corporate, you get a report. The fact of the matter is management is choosing not to reply. They should be thankful that people leave reviews on bad experiences, most won't and just choose to never return, about 60% actually. But it was pretty plain and the roast beef was like very wet deli meat ... I mean at least my food wasn't dry? I gave it a one star mainly due to the customer service and my food was really bland. I asked the cash register to repeat my order since I didn't hear him on the mic and they mentioned someone else's order.
