No greeting - what can I get you? Waited to order too long. Empty lobby and tables except one employee on break at a booth. Left the table a mess too - that's no good. Mend Bathroom mess and trash full (1310 hours). Lots of trash on dining room floor Could be a lot better for sure. Not even to standards. So why three stars ? Picked up dinner at the Jenison Arby's last night (11/22). If this had been our first Arby's experience, it would also be our last. Ordered the Reuben, which I've always found to be a lot better than I'd expect at a fast food place. HUGE disappointment. Barely any meat, no 1000 Island dressing at all, no Swiss cheese, barely lukewarm, and soggy bread. On the upside, hubby's burger and curly fries were both very good. Guess I chose poorly. read more

I placed an online order. Walking up to the counter while the worker is stocking napkins, the worker quickly turns around with utter disappointment upon his face, scoffing me. I asked if it was bad timing. He said he's tired of people coming up to the counter and not saying anything. shocked, I said "I don't know what to say, some people like to look at the menu, I guess?" Super weird experience. I wasn't in a rush or hurry. I had already placed my order and was soaking up the ambiance, checking out their specialty items on their menu board. If I hadn't have already placed the order, I would have left there, and then. Finished my meal. Worker carried on, no apology for his unusual outburst. I'm sure he'll be terminated in just a matter of days with how odd his behavior is. I'll go back in a month or so and review this establishment again, in order to keep it fair for the business owner. read more

This Arby's restaurant is consistent and it has all the usual fare plus new items that they bring on periodically. I appreciate the drive-thru, so much that I've never really been in side of the restaurant although I have been to the restaurant numerous times. They have a dessert that I really enjoy, and that's saying something because I am not a dessert fan. It's the warm salted caramel cookie. Very good. I usually get a simple Arby's sandwich with nothing to it but some Arby's sauce. I don't like the Arby's with cheese or all the other types of sandwiches generally. Although I do like the little mini sandwiches once in awhile just for a different flavor like the buffalo chicken and such. So when I drove through this time I looked at the menu and it had some deep fried turkey sandwiches on the board. I was actually shocked to also find that they had a feature that they said was "Coming Soon" of venison. I'm not sure what are Arbys is doing!!! They've been in the roast beef industry for a very long time, I remember getting those sandwiches ever since I was quite a young child. So now they're adding fried turkey and venison??? Just quite strange. Anyway, all that to say I love Arby's plain roast beef sandwiches with Arby sauce. And they also got me with THAT salted caramel cookie. The amount of time it takes to get through the line is in one word ridiculous. I was on my HOUR lunch and it took HALF of it to get through a 5 car line. One car took 10 mins to have their order taken alone... it was mind blowing and horrible. Then you get up to order and they act like this isn't horrible service, and when you say how long it's taken you get treated like your crazy for thinking this is not acceptable. I understand short staffed but this is an excuse. You have no one inside, and maximum 7 cars in line... It shouldn't take 30 mins to get 5 cars through the line, and then act like we're unreasonable for thinking that is too long. Get your act together, I know you don't wanna tick off the workers you DO have but there has to be SOME SORT of standard. read more

Decided to try out their new hush puppy fish and chips. I sat in a truck with no air conditioning on a hot Friday afternoon, totally looking forward to a new take on fish n chips. I got taken for sure. After a ten minute drive home, I was anxious to dive in. Not only the worst "fish" brown purée lumps, but not one French fry. I went inside next day to seek some sort of apology or semblance of giving a damn. I brought in the lone greasy small bag to show them what I received my special Arby's order in , but without a receipt, the counter boy was not interested in going any further , case closed, goodbye. GOODBYE IT IS ! I think port orchard deserves a better use of that once great location.! read more

The food here is fine, but the drive thru is by far the slowest drive thru I've ever seen. This was true before Covid. Both times that I've come through the drive-through it's taken between 10 and 15 minutes to get served. read more

My friend and I went to this location. We were greeting and our order was taken efficiently. My friend received her food quickly. After I was waiting for several minutes I went towards the front counter. I could see 2 workers (later identified as the Christina (General Manager) and Heather (Assistant Manager) were working together with the garbage can. Christina was wiping a mess off the floor in front of the garbage can. Christina then proceeded to go back behind the counter and assemble my order. She apologized for the delay but she indicated she was side tracked. I did not see her walk towards the sink or anything. My first words to her was asking if she washed her hands before touching my food. She indicated she did not. She then said, "I will have all your food remade." At that point, I was done I asked for a refund. Christina continued to apologize and I said I was shocked that a General Manager felt that was okay. I also inquired if she has taken a health department class. She said she had, I told her she should consider a refresher course. The positives are Heather was very friendly and very apologetic and the lobby was clean. read more

You will wait a while to get your food. The food is good but don't dare call this place a fast food chain. Nothing fast about it.

I know, it's just a fast food place. But I recently had a great experience at this Arby's in particular. We had gone a little after 7 p.m., so it was pretty empty, but the guy who took our order was probably the friendliest Arby's worker I've ever dealt with. I wish I had gotten his name so I can thank him here on Yelp, I'll update with that so you know who to go to next time I eat here. A smile goes a long way, and not only that, but he was kind enough to bring the food to our table, since no one else was there. We made sure to ring the bell for excellent service, it was one of my more enjoyable fast food experiences. read more

Yeah, yeah, it's fast food. But it's the only Arbys in the area, and I have to admit, the food is always good, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is AWESOME!:) Always friendly, quick and attentive, and for the most part, the same folks I saw last time. I am shocked by the lack of customer service the manager provided. I ordered 2 meals to be delivered by door dash, totaling $28.91.One was a French Dip, which is supposed to come with aujou. When I received the meal there was no aujou. I called the restaurant and spoke with Rick. He asked the manager what they could do and she said that since they couldn't get a hold of the door dash driver they could only refund me the cost of the dip. I told them that my meal was ruined because the point of French dip is the aujou! I want a refund for the meal. She said no. I know dang well she could have and should have done more than credit me 50 cents. Very poor customer care. Very unhappy customer. read more

Super annoying experience tonight. Went to Arby's around 8:30 and went to the drive thru. I waited in line for about 10 mins with one person behind me in line. An employee was sitting in the parking lot on her phone the whole time I was in line. As soon as it was my turn to order, she ran up to my car and told me that they had just closed. Which I found extremely rude and unprofessional considering she saw me in line for the past 10 minutes and they couldn't spend an extra, I don't know, two minutes on the last two people that were in line? Maybe I should have been told as soon as I drove up that they were closed, or they could have taken an extra two minutes out of their night to serve two cars that had been sitting in line. My sister's been working there for sometime and she has bad anxiety attacks and either the store manager or the business manager is just not the one. Managers these days really need to take into consideration that their employee's have feelings too.
