    Sandwich reconstructed. Less than professional!

Cold food! We ate there and up on trying to apply sauce everything on my chicken bacon sandwich was " ice cold". Took it back, waited and waited, finally it was brought out, no apology no consideration. First bad experience at this location but it was bad!

This is a new location that just opened. It is very clean and well staffed. Our order was prepared quick and was good! Only thing is they did not have potato cakes on the menu! Was told it was an Arby"s corporate decision that they will no longer sell potato cakes...very sad!

This bell got ring for good service and food!

Great place! I miss eating at this Arby's...had one in Santa Monica, CA i would eat at before it closed. Their dining room was opened!!...unlike a lot of fast food places in Reno, NV. Anywho...this place had nice staff...good food...and I got to put their great Horsey Sauce & tasty BBQ sauce on my Beef & Cheddar sandwiches!

This Arby's is amazing! The worker Jasmine is very nice and friendly to all costumers! She acted like she knew us when we walked in! When we walked in, the system was down so we had to wait for it to go back up. Honestly it wasn't that big of a problem though, because I wasn't sure exactly what to get and I needed more time. Finally when I was ready, but the system was still down, Jasmine had the cooks start to prepare our order! Within 30 seconds the system was back up and running and we were able to order! Other than the system breaking down, everything else was exceptional!

On phone in food area with gloves playing on cell whole time.

Have called get no call back got sick from a manager on cell with gloves on making food with dirty gloves going to be reporting it. Horrible and she's been told not to before hair in the food also.

    Laptop counter in dining area.

Where has this been all my life, and why is it tucked in a small food court in a bowling alley!? I…read moreordered the Wild West Tater and honestly was expecting a fairly satisfying, but ordinary, baked potato with toppings. What I received was an amazing blend of super tender pork in a slightly sweet but tangy BBQ sauce, mac n' cheese, and a perfectly cooked (not hard or dry), very generously sized potato (big enough for two). On a chilly day, when you're hungry, this absolutely fits the bill. Warming and savory, but well balanced, and not greasy. After some bowling or billiards? Perfect. I was thinking this was probably the best flavor, when I saw the rotating ad for....a spaghetti potato pie. Will have to come back and try other varieties. The cashier was very helpful and patient explaining the menu. Checked the website and looks like they update the menu with new options too. They say they're "dedicated to perfecting the art of the baked potato," and they're doing exactly that. Along with it, they're also serving up one of the best craft-style fountain sodas, Stubborn Soda. Don't hesitate to make a little detour (or order delivery) to try this place. TIP: Located inside the HomeGrown Bowl center: from the main entrance, head down the hall to the right past the arcade; also near a side entrance.

They told us not to order over the phone, only online. OK, fine, but it seems like you shouldn't turn away business just because we used a phone. We got our order placed online instead. My wife received a confirmation email and then an email saying our order was ready for pickup. She arrived at the restaurant, and the lady working said she had never gotten an order and hadn't started on it. So my wife waited for the food to be prepared and finally got it home. The food was good. The mac and cheese potato is really good. The mac and cheese was a star. The shepherd's pie was ok, but a little shy on the meat and needed some more seasoning. At least the portions are large, and you'll likely be able to split an order into two meals unless you're super hungry. The inside of this place is small and located inside the bowling alley building. Nothing special about the ambiance. Takeout is probably the way to go. This place should be 3 stars. However, I am going to cut a little slack and assume it was a one-off experience. So for this review, I am sticking with 4 stars. When I return, I hope the food is up to par, and the service improves. I would love to write a 5-star review for this small local business.

We've also appreciated how clean both locations were, and how friendly the service staff was. I think the owner might have been working at the Hot Potato Pie 2 location, because we asked when they'll be coming to Reno and he said soon, coming to Virginia Ave. While stopping for a lunch potato has been a highlight of multiple Carson City trips for us recently, we're very much looking forward to easier access now that they're going to be local to us in Reno :)

I paid for the soup separately. The service was slow and very apathetic. Like they didn't want to be there. If you decide to try this place, go in person to put in your order. Don't rely on the website for accurate info. Edit: 4 days later and the promised refund of $15 is still not on my catd. Supposedly the put it in and it was cleared by their processor. I still don't see it though. Plus, the manager I talked to was rude and hung up on me. Edit: 14 days later and Order.co and the HPP2 are now playing the pointing games. Bunch of theives. Done with ALL branches of this business.

If you have been following, I have been on a Birria Taco quest, trying this type of tacos every change I get. These were just okay. The sauce was good and it had generous meat/beef. But it lacked cheese?!?! See my last Birria Taco review at Mama Papa. Chimichanga - My wife really enjoyed this. She did not believe me when I told her that this was a deep fried burrito, lol. Generous portions, and she was only able to eat half. Guess we have dinner tonight. My wife and I felt the food was fairly authentic. BTW - EVERYONE ordered soup!! Menudo, Pozole, 7 Mares or Caldo de Res, etc! My wife really wanted to order this to try, but it was 70 degrees outside. Just means we have to come back. :) Kids menu also available. Atmosphere - Small location, the indoor and outdoor space was about the same size. Full of locals, everyone sort of knew each other which was cool. Semi open kitchen. One unisex restroom, I did not bother to check it out. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm as per Yelp. Plenty of parking Service - Overall good, welcoming. Counter or table service. We kind of stood out, and not in a negative way. The owner/cashier wanted to make sure we enjoyed our meal. The waiter was a hard worker, cleaning our table, and bringing out chips and salsa to us. Then we went to the counter to order. Price - No prices on the menus?!?! $30 + generous tip. Reasonably priced, but for a "hole in the wall"?!?! Owner Comment - Congrats on your success.

The service was fine and the menu looked to be like any Carl's Jr. I ordered 2 of the California double cheese burgers ($3.50 ea), tried the fried zucchini ($4.79) and the onion rings ($4.25). Wow, these sides were kinda on the expensive side! After trying the food here at our new Carl's Jr. I gotta say, I think the nostalgia of memories of 11 years ago were better than the reality of what you get here today! Maybe I'm not remembering clearly, but the food here now was not good at all. Heck Wendy's is way better and CHEAPER too, plus they don't charge extra of any added little stuff, like extra lettuce or tomato or even pickles! Here you get nickle and dime on everything! Actually it's more like quarters! As I ate the burger, I ran outta meat and was just left with that icky bread! ... see pic. The onion rigs we just OK, but not worth that price! The fried zucchini that I had in my memory of old were just kind dry and not good at all, don't wast your $5 bucks on that! Overall, the food just was not good and definitely not worth the price. Heck, just go to Chili's and get way better and more food for a cheaper price! ... and table service!
