Always a pleasant experience w healthy-ish food in a clean restaurant. This seems to be a very well-run franchise. Happy customer. :)

I placed 2 mobile orders around 4:00pm today. The first order I selected the correct time slot, 4:30-4:40. The second order, I forgot to do that so it said pick up at 4:12. I called the location and let them know I wouldn't be there until 4:30. I walked in around 4:20pm and the order that I forgot to pick the correct time slot was already sitting out ready to be picked up and the other order hadn't been started yet. I asked to speak to the manager and asked him to remake the order that was made too early. HE REFUSED. He said "every time you come in here you create problems for us." The last time I went there, 2-3 employees were smoking weed in the parking lot which made me uncomfortable. You shouldn't be high while at work. I replied to him "I don't create problems when I come in here, you do, you were literally smoking weed at work last time I was here." The manager said "I have my medical marijuana card, so I can do what I want." I replied "no you can't, smoking weed at work in customer view is very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable." The manager said "well I can just cancel this order and not give you the food, you need to take it up with the GM." I kept my mouth shut after that. I called corporate Arby's to let them know how I was treated. I will be calling the GM tomorrow when they are in to let them know what happened today. read more

This could be the cleanest fast food restaurant in all of Anderson. Always immaculate, you can see the kitchen too, and it is perfectly clean as well. Curly fries are great, staff is good, and did I mention it is CLEAN? read more

Loved the Gyro. It was loaded with meat. Staff was very friendly to help me using the app. Very clean place. It's been awhile since I have been to Arby's. I have been back and love it. read more

I know restaurants are having problems getting people and keeping people to work but I just wanted to get a breakfast sandwich that I can hold onto and I've gotten them here before and they've always been great but now this one is like half ass put together, A very sloppy sandwich I needed to eat it with a fork, About two people in the restaurant and I was the only one in the drive-through they're not busy they could take a couple seconds longer just to make sure the sandwich is put together right this was very sloppy, I have always gone the extra mile to go to this Arby's in Anderson because they've always been good not so much right now read more

Shady looking employees... CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong. For example, yesterday I was in the drive-thru and I literally ordered just a regular roast beef (no drink, fries, sides, sauces.... nothing else.) They ended up charging me $10, and just managed to put an order of chicken nuggets and some jalapeno bites in the bag (neither of which I can eat). Some drugged out looking lady tried chasing me down as I was driving away to give me a shake that I didn't order. Come on, how hard is it to throw one basic sandwich in a bag? This, unfortunately, wasn't a one time error (probably the 20th for me). I've given up on them. read more

This is probably the poorest run Arby's! Stopped in for a late bite while running errands and took my food home. Took the lid off my drink to take medicine and found a used mold? covered lid inside my drink complete with chunks of dirt. The manager Crystal said they would check surveillance to determine what happened. The owners Brandicorp and the VP Greg Cozzart said they aren't at fault/ liable. I bet a disgruntled employee swept the floor and threw all the dirt into the ice bin. I became physically ill. This Arby's is disgusting and the owner could care less about the consumer! All three meals were cold and old. Chicken nuggets were hard as a rock and cold. Sandwich presentation was saddening.

I gave them 2 mercy stars. The salad was dated ( sticker said today but the slime and wilted lettuce told the story. Usually the order is incorrect. Not worth the money and time since Beechmont has a lot of other places. We are going to Roy Rogers in Milford Ohio. We know that Roy would not sell us salad to make me sick. We have a choice and we will use it. read more

I got the new boneless wings and my box came with the wings in a lake or liquid save. Very little texture. It leaked out of the box and got all over the other food. Good thing I did not plan on eating this in the car. But in the 3 minutes it took to get home the wings were ice cold so I would bet they were given to me that way. Won't ho back. read more

Well I was pleasantly surprised at our Arbys experience yesterday afternoon. I was craving some curly fries and my boyfriend had a roast beef sandwich. We waited a bit because the food was being made fresh (always good- I don't mind waiting for fresh food) but the real joy of our trip to the drive thru was the girl at the window. I think her name was Abigail but she was the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of being served by at this location. She was all smiles, genuine at that; and let us know exactly what was going on and when the food would be out. When we got the order she double checked to make sure she had given us our drinks, confirmed what we ordered was in the bag and made sure we got exactly the amount of ketchup we needed. I was in a little bit of shock. If she can be that genuinely happy and smiley at this establishment then I hope Arby's and her management recognize that. I know a lot of people don't stay in the food industry forever but it will be such a shame and a loss for Arby's if this employee ever moves on. Ash Wednesday so I stopped by to pick up a couple crispy fish sandwiches and an order of curly fries for me and my wife. Crispy would be false advertising. Worse fish sandwich I have ever had, soggy fish on a soggy bun with lettuce that looked 2 weeks old. Neither my wife nor myself chose to finish our sandwiches. Curly fries = greasy fries. Arby's has a very diverse selection of items for a fast food restaurant. This particular location seems to be very well managed. The food orders are almost always right, and the food seems fresh and appetizing. read more

When I went here they forgot to add my mozzarella sticks to the bag. I was sitting at the traffic light and someone knocks on my window, it was an Arby's employee with my mozzarella sticks. I thought that was really kind of them, to fix their mistake! read more
