Arby's for lunch, dining in today. I was pleased to see that one of the crew was dutifully wiping down tables and emptying bins as I ate lunch today at the end of the lunch rush. The restaurant was clean and tidy, including the condiment station. The gent who took my order was polite and spoke clear English. My sandwich and fries were assembled promptly and properly. The soda fountain was working, including the sweet and unsweet tea. There was no litter in the parking lot. Free wifi worked well. read more

Stopped by to grab something to eat later for lunch while on my way to work. Later that night I pulled out my sandwich to put in the microwave and saw a very long hair sticking out of my sandwich. It pissed me off because it was late and I didn't have any back up choices to replace my food so I had to go without eating for many hours. I still had my receipt so I had to drive 30 min. To Arby's the next day to complain about my hairy sandwich. They got my money back and gave me a card for a free sandwich, which I won't get at this location. Loving these delicious chicken tenders that were cooked sometime last decade. Good service though!

Today I decided to try Arby's restaurant, I order the new Philly cheesesteak and I was so disappointed with the sandwich. The sandwich had too much cheese and there was no meat, the sandwich doesn't look like the picture they have went you order. The only good in the sandwich were the fresh tomato but the rest was horrible, now I know not to order from Arby's or visit the restaurant at all. Please see the picture I uploaded. read more

I ordered a tapwater from the fountain, but since the water was mixing with the fruit punch, they gave me a bottle of water for free. I've been going to this Arby's for over 16 years and usually they are good, but this last visit was awful. I ordered takeout via the drive though and when I got back to my house and looked at the roast beef gyros, 3 of them had bits of blue plastic on the meats. Excellent customer service. I rang the bell on the way out. Lady cashier was very nice and helpful in my selection also she replaced my mother salad because she is allergic to tomatoes. Inside is very clean and face mask are worn highly recommend this location. Food was fresh. Quick service on a Saturday for brunch. read more

I was so excited to try the fish sandwich on the Hawaiian roll because it looked delish on the menu board...however, what I got looked nothing like it. I tried the new Arby's fish sandwich that is supposed to compete with McDonald's Filet-o-fish. Well the sandwich was terrible! The fish was overcooked, it had nasty oily cheddar cheese, and the mayo or tartar sauce was runny and the whole sandwich was a hot mess. I still love the classic roast beef, guess I'll just stick with the classic roast beef at Arby's and go to McD's for the fishwich. read more

I just went through the drive through and had the nicest experience! I was already having a busy / stressed day working from home and so i ran out to get some brunch. The gentleman who took my order at the drive through and window was kind, caring, and professional. The (more senior) lady that came out to the car to deliver the fresh and hot mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers was so kind too! It was a lovely experience that brightened my day! Won't be back- gave order three times in drive through and it was still wrong and not to mention ice cold after they let a lady complaining about her order hold up the drive through for 20 minutes. Grubhub delivered our order with these mistakes: rec'd Classic Roast Beef and one cookie - didn't order either and was not charged. Ordered and paid for one large Coke - rec'd two. Ordered and paid for two Cherry Turnovers - received none. Not sure how this many errors occurred on such a small order. Money wise we came out on top (Arby's lost $10.27) but it's not about the money - we just wanted what we ordered. We use Grubhub frequently (3 times last week) and have always immediately received a questionnaire about the order and service but this time we did Not. We find that odd! Most annoying is that we had no way to relay all this to Grubhub. No phone number, no survey to fill out, etc. Finally found an offer to speak about their app so we told of our experience there but after typing the message, there is no "SEND" option. Really?! I highly recommend their 'Fresh Market' corned beef reuben. It consists of corned beef, sauerkraut, melted swiss and russian dressing on marbled rye. I take mine without the dressing, and substitute regular mustard for it, since I like my sandwiches a little on the drier side. They served it up in a jiffy, and it was warm (the way it's s'pozed to be)! Just remember, this one is NOT the Super Reuben, which I also tried, and thought it was - ehh! Somehow, the combination of corned beef and turkey just didn't ignite my taste buds. read more

I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich, a drink and potato cakes. The young lady at the drive-in asked how many potato cakes, 2 or 3. I told her two. I got my order and drove away. On the way home, I checked and I had curly fries instead of potato cakes. When I got home , my bun was charred black and my roast beef sandwich was over cooked. read more

Love Arby's roast beef, and their Horsey Sauce. Always have, always will. I never eat the buns at Arby's - dilutes the terrific flavor of the meat. Occasionally I get the curly fries, but they're nothing special. read more
