I was passing through Evanston and needed to grab something to eat, and I've been wanting to try Arby's again for a while--those ads definitely do their job. I went in planning to get one of their classic roast beef sandwiches, which I've always enjoyed, but after looking over the menu, I decided to switch it up and try their classic hamburger instead. I'm glad I did--it did not disappoint. The burger was fresh, with crisp shredded lettuce, tomato, and their signature sauce, which I usually associate with the roast beef. It worked surprisingly well on the burger and added a nice flavor. The curly fries were a big highlight for me. I've always been a fan, and they were every bit as good as I remembered--even though it's been a couple of years since I last had them. The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient, which made it an easy and pleasant stop before getting back on the road. Overall, a solid experience. Not quite perfect, but definitely worth the stop. I'd happily come back again. read more

Came here to grab something for the road. Got a roast beef cheddar sandwich w/curly fries and a orange cream shake. Everything was good! Workers worked fast to get it to me. Satisfied customer. My fav was the orange cream shake, tasted just like an orange dreamsicle. read more

While I'm not one to review fast foot chains, I have to say, the service was U N B E L I E V A B L E. Food was okay but Chad, who took our order should be in the hospitality business. He was AWESOME. From the time he took our order and used our names to deliverying the food to our table and again, used our name. UNREAL for a fast food restaurant. Ok, no biggie I leave my window partly open to hear when they are back. 7:52 pm my car is getting cold despite air on full I say toward bow "anytime today?" I ordered on the app ordered a sandwich for me n some turnovers for my mom and brother. I returned home and noticed there wasn't any cheese or red ranch on my "Beef and Cheddar" I called wondering if it was something I ordered wrong or something they messed up. The woman who picked up the phone was very nice about it and told me to come back for a new sandwich. I got there and talked to the guy working the register and he explained to me that I ended up messing up and somehow ordered the wrong sandwich I understood it was my mistake and was about to leave when he told me they could make me the sandwich I wanted. I'm here in Evanston working at a state for the company I am with When you drive thru cashier handed me my meal and my card back I specifically ask for receipt. I was told it was in the bag. With no receipt I do not get reimbursed for my meal and since you guys can't even give me one when I ask for it what reason would I have for coming back or recommending you to others. read more

Amazing food :). Honestly I'm picky when eating out. But everyone's service there was amazing.

A typical Arby's: Food is fine, cleanliness is okay, bathrooms are horrendous. Not the biggest fan, but if I can make it with going through the drive-thru, that's definitely the preferred method of obtaining some roast beef. There are tons of booths and it's hardly ever full, so if you do go inside, be sure to follow the non-verbal cues and space yourself out from the other eaters. The nice thing about this location; however, is the actual location. You are within walking distance to a Maverik, McDonalds, Chinese, GNC, Walmart, and Costa Vida. It really is a great "pit stop" during a road trip-- especially if you enjoy roast beef and horse radish but have a sister who "hates meat", a great aunt who "loves her egg drop soup", and a father who needs his "McRib and McFlurry". TIPS & TRICKS: * Spice up the typical roast beef sandwich with some "horsey sauce" and some Arby's sauce. read more

On 5/19/2023. Made an order through Door dash, had curly fries and a brisket sandwich. 6 hours later I was sick and in the bathroom alot. But I got food poisoning and missed 2 days of work. Still not back to normal, but I will never eat there again. read more

Chicken bacon swiss! It's Inevitable, whenever i pass by an arby's i have to stop. I usually always get the chicken, bacon, swiss, but sometimes i might indulge in a roast beef melt...mmmmmm...just thinking of them makes me want to go back haha. We love a great pit stop at this Arby's! We have a family of 4 girls so the "one holer" potty poses a problem sometimes but it is clean and well maintained. Today we enjoyed an original Arby Sammie full of hot sliced roast beef. I like to get mine in a combo meal complete with curly fries and a drink! For an added treat, we got the delicious mozzarella chz sticks! We got our meal ToGo and had to ask for the sauces and marinara too. They were happy to fill our request but it was a good thing we checked.... Nothing worse than hitting the road without all your items in hand! Hints and Tips.... Try the lava chocolate cake. Yummy! Try dipping your curly fries in the Arby sauce.... Break away from the ketchup. ;) Also if your service is great, ring the bell as you are leaving. Don't recommend going if you come through late at night. Worker named Alex assumed after my husband ordered my meal we were done and tried to get us to pull forward. Then when we go out food we had NOTHING that we asked for besides one large drink and one large fry. I get he's trying to go home, but come on. Just poor service in general. read more

Pretty standard Arby's food. Buns were warm and soft. The guy at the drive through was prompt and courteous. Would have gotten four stars if there was an order screen so that I can see what they entered. The lady put in that I ordered two of a sandwich when I only ordered one. Disgusting, dirty, and utterly incompetent. By far the worst experience not only in an Arbys, but any fast food location. So bad, I contacted the local health department after disposing of what I was offered (cold, massive excess bitter mayonnaise, gross fries, hair in the fries) after one bite . Observed others asking for refunds after waiting for food that had not been delivered, one person walked out without even asking for a refund. The apparent manager (keys dangling into the food trays and drink cups from a lanyard around her neck) was dressed in stained and disheveled clothing, sweaty dirty hair snapping at the other employees in demeaning ways. My husband and I walked into this Arby's around lunch time today, and as soon as I opened the door, the smell of vomit was so strong that I thought I was going to be sick. The store itself is a little run down but I can tell they are trying to be a step above your run of the mill fast food. I can't say they don't make mistakes (because I can't think of any that have not messed up my food a few times) but they always take good care of me and don't fight me about the mistake like other fast food restaurants have. read more
