ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and a small coke and got a sandwich with different kinds of meats and a diet coke. the service took forever even though nobody was in the drive thru or restaurant, and it was around 1:35pm so it's not like they were gonna close soon. it's not a big order nor was there a rush. i figured "well maybe they just gave me the wrong order accidentally..... someone could be inside and just ordered" but looked at the receipt and they got the 2 sandwiches and small drink correct (the receipt said exactly what i ordered) yet they still messed up on what to put in the bag and cup. they just slapped together some random stuff and threw it to me. the drive through worker that gave me everything seemed to be in a good mood but looking back at it everyone behind her didn't. the vibe was off from the jump i was just in a rush to get to work. read more

Food was great, guy at the window was great, but holy sh*t the lady taking the order was rude as h-e- double hockey sticks. Her name is Caylee. Even the other employees know her attitude stinks. When I mentioned it they said "I know! She has an attitude every day and the manager does nothing about it!" Kind of crazy. Well here is a receipt from Arby's. The money refunded from McDs. Uuuum the fries were hot. The sandwiches drowned in mayo and some orangy stuff. The spicy chicken was NOT spicy. Burgers drowned in sauce. Geeeez . Is this just a bad Sunday? WTH ! Just hot fries. Not the poppers. What's going on with these places and their help ? We stopped for quick sandwich on our way home after shopping. I use to visit Arby's years ago when living down state. The sandwich's in those days were simple and cheap. I never was impressed.When I experimented with the Adkins diet I discarded the bun and ate only the "roast beef " that was pretty tasteless. This time I ordered the smoke house brisket and my wife the reuben sandwich. The Reuben was not toasted properly although tasty. It was a bit cold. The brisket was delicious. Service was great and the French fries were fine. I'll be back to check out this location . read more

We stopped in at 10:40am on a Sunday to get some French fries and a Coca Cola. The French fries were so old and cold they tasted like they were from the night before! This particular location seems to not want to to succeed. I know that procuring staff has been a challenge since the beginning of the pandemic. I used to stop by the drive-thru of this Arbys from time to time for breakfast. I cannot seem to find them open early morning. My last trip was a few days ago. Even though the posted hours were 6:00 AM they were still closed at nearly 7:00 AM. During my last two orders within the past two months the orders were wrong or missing items. I might add that I have not experienced this at the Arbys near my work and have eaten at Arbys for well over 45 years. Not sure what is going on, but come on folks. At least be open when you say you will or post updated operating hours. read more

Thank goodness for coupons !! Lol. Well the $6.19 Waygu burger ?? It was just okay. Missing something. It looked to be about a1/4 th pounder. Had some seasoning flavor. No lettuce or tomato. NOT worth the money !! I prefer a Big Mac. Sorry. The Chicken choice of 3 tenders and a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was a nice choice although I prefer the 3 Chicken Tenders. They were actually hot n crispy. The sandwich not so much. The Beef and Cheddar is Husbands choice. He puts all the meat from 2 sandwiches on one bun cause not enough roast beef per sandwich. He also gets the Mozzarella sticks. The sticks and Crinkle fries were hot and fresh cooked. They were very busy I'm assuming because of the coupons received in the mail. Thank goodness. If they are busy and you have coupons, wait patiently in line cause the food is hot. Not so much any other time. We have more coupons that are dated for July so , yeah, will use them. read more

Stopped for a quick bite before getting back on the road. Definitely take advantage of the $1 snacks everyday from 2-5pm! I got a $1 snack size shake (bigger than a Wendy's Frosty) and a $1 chicken slider. Slider was super fresh and hot. Service was really fast inside yet the drive through was wrapped around the building. The dining area looked clean for the most part but I noticed some tables and chairs were oddly placed up against the tree that's inside. Yes a real live tree is inside the restaurant. The silverware and condiments station could have used some restocking and as a note the bathroom only has one stall. read more

Had the Smokehouse Brisket. It looked a lot better in the commercial on tv. The tv version had a lot more meat than the real version I got here. $8.50 for sandwich, small fry and small drink seemed a little pricey. Counter girl was polite. Place was clean. As The DriveThru server Sean Gives My drink It's a Lemonade. I give it back He says I did Mello Yellow takes My Cup Come Back and Hand Me The SAME CUP with THE SAME STRAW IN IT. With his HAND cover the top thumb touching the straw. I give it Back Tell Him How Unsanitary He come Back with a New Straw SAME CUP AND TOP. This is Unacceptable. Look in bag and my Curly fries with the meal were not in there. What a joke. Will not be back. read more

I used to enjoy Arbys regularly, but I got so frustrated on multiple occasions that I haven't been there since...#1 reason is that I usually eat late, and it's not been an issue anywhere else except at the Coventry location on West Jefferson/Highway 24 just past Lutheran Hospital by my new house because would go AT LEAST an hour before they close and nearly every time I tried they would close an hour and sometimes even 2 hours EARLY? Why would you post your hours for closing if you close early every night...CHANGE YOUR HOURS if they're not accurate? It's that simple? I called other stores and they knew nothing, which tells me the manager/employees are skipping out early and they're not supposed to...and corporate does not know? I've called 5hat store and they say if business is slow or "dead" it's up to the managers discretion to close early...which is understandable but closing an hour or 2 early nearly every night is rediculous? I've worked restaurants and never closed early to this extent? You keep a few people on and take turns who goes early? I have sat at the speaker and with NO warning all the lights go off with NO response like "sorry sir, we're closing early" WTF? And you can see them sitting in side watching you slowly driving around the building, left WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE ANGRY AND WITH NO FOOD? The last time it happened I promised myself to NEVER GO BACK AND TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE...I don't know what priorities they value, but it's definitely NOT customers who eat late dinners? read more

I've been to a lot of Arby's and this one is THE BEST. I don't know what it is, but the food here always tastes better than at other Arby's. Super friendly people, clean store, even a huge, beautiful tree in the dining room. Convenient to I-69 and Hwy. 24. Worth a stop! You'll come back for more. read more
