Old fries
Cassidy H.

We stopped in at 10:40am on a Sunday to get some French fries and a Coca Cola. The French fries were so old and cold they tasted like they were from the night before! We even waited at the window for several minutes for help (we were the only customer). There is no excuse for a wait AND old food!!

Arbys new Wagyu burger. No lettuce or tomato

Thank goodness for coupons !! Lol. Well the $6.19 Waygu burger ?? It was just okay. Missing something. It looked to be about a1/4 th pounder. Had some seasoning flavor. No lettuce or tomato. NOT worth the money !! I prefer a Big Mac. Sorry. The Chicken choice of 3 tenders and a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was a nice choice although I prefer the 3 Chicken Tenders. They were actually hot n crispy. The sandwich not so much. The Beef and Cheddar is Husbands choice. He puts all the meat from 2 sandwiches on one bun cause not enough roast beef per sandwich. He also gets the Mozzarella sticks. The sticks and Crinkle fries were hot and fresh cooked. They were very busy I'm assuming because of the coupons received in the mail. Thank goodness. If they are busy and you have coupons, wait patiently in line cause the food is hot. Not so much any other time. We have more coupons that are dated for July so , yeah, will use them.

Manager Tammy was rude (like, ruder than anyone in hospitality should ever be) and stated that Indiana doesn't accept a passport for alcohol sales. Our oldest is 26 years old. One of our sons is active duty military. Only one of the group just had his passport, and she refused service. I called, and she was equally as rude to me. Tammy should find another line of work. We won't be back except to complain about her. I gave one star bc there is no option for zero:( I waited tables for many years in college and grad school. After days cooped up at the hospital after my cousin's death, a group of us finally got out to Buffalo Wild Wings, whereupon we were met by a very sweet server. She checked our ID's & took our order. We then waited some time with no issue, when suddenly the general manager pops up and demands our ID's. We show her, and after seeing we were all of age, she decides to lie & say that passports (which one person used) were not legal ID's. We corrected her, but she simply turned away and spat that we could leave if we wanted to. What a miserable person; I feel so sorry for those employees that have to be around her. Don't ever come here.

It seemed like a pretty quiet night at Summit Grill. I sat at the bar and order a glass of wine and…read morean appetizer: this sourdough pretzels. The bartender was kind and polite and quick with the service. There were only about three or four tables with people, let them during the course of my time. A few other folks came and sat at the bar. I heard it a side salad with salmon and it came out to me pretty quickly. The flavor was delicious, the salmon, well cooked, and the apple vinaigrette dressing on the salad was delightful. The biggest challenge, was a table with a few children sitting at it. This is no fault of the restaurant, and really, not even the result of my four-star rating. This is merely a statement: if your children are misbehaving and screaming and banging things on the table while other people are trying to eat their dinner, then perhaps the best option is to remove the children from the restaurant. It's always surprising to me when parents are selfish and subject everyone else in the vicinity around them to the poor behavior of their children. As a parent myself, I would never do that to other people. When you go out to a nice restaurant, you want to relax and enjoy the time not listen to tantrums from a three year old. Even the bartender in the servers were frustrated with this table. Some people even walked out after sitting down when they realize that unbelievable noise is coming from one table. Ok, soapbox time is over. Support the summit grill kitchen.

The brown sugar old fashioned was also made to perfection and paired wonderfully with the meal. The service was great, and the atmosphere was very nice -- upscale but still comfortable. If you're looking for food and service that match the dollar amount you're spending, it's absolutely worth a visit. Very -family/large party- friendly

It's a very hit or miss experience at Deema. The first time I came here, it hit on EVERY level. The…read moreservice, the seasoning, the quantity. But this time, it fell short in every aspect. So I hate to lead with the negative, because there is a lot of good to say about this place. When it's good, it's phenomenal. But when it's bad, it's near unbearable. Let me just say, our last experience here was pretty magical. It was busy, but the owner still came out to greet us and give us his guidance on the menu. I had the Iskender Kebab, my partner had the Wrap plate, and we enjoyed some divine Dubai chocolate cheesecake, per recommendation of the owner. There was live music, we learned we could BYOB(!), and the service and food were outstanding. This time around, there were only about 6 tables full, including us, in the large dining area. We ordered the oven baked hummus to start. It didn't come out for 55 MINUTES. Not until AFTER our entrees arrived. After we did order the main dishes, I asked her about the hummus, and the look on her face told me she had completely forgotten it. Whatever, we're just human. The hummus itself was quite good, although the "pitas" for dipping were very papery and bland. I thought the pita last time was much more substantial, but I could be wrong. We eventually tried to order some more of the pitas but our waitress was nowhere to be found. Every time we got a hold of her, she would then disappear for around 10-15 minutes. The only person around was the woman filling our waters, so most of our questions and orders went through her. We asked her for more pita, and she said she'd put that in right away. I had a feeling she didn't understand, so when our waitress came back 10 mins later I double checked, and she said they put another hummus in the oven! I can't complain about a language barrier, but whew am I glad we didn't have to wait another hour for hummus! For the entree I had the Sac Kavurma, which visually is just stunning, like most dishes here. But flavor-wise, it was completely lacking in any seasoning or salt to make it feel like more than just calories. And so I asked the waitress for some sides of garlic sauce when I could flag her down. I saw her pass by me 3 times in the next 10 minutes and finally asked if she was bringing them, but she had forgotten. One time is meh, two times is annoying. Post-garlic sauce, the dish was a little better, but that chicken was still chewy and flavorless. My partner's Tantuni Wrap Plate was equally lacking in spice or salt, and given that she had the same thing last time, she could confirm that this time was such a huge let down in comparison. We overheard the table next to us having the same point of view, what with the food lacking in flavor entirely versus their last visit, including vegetables that were soggy and meats that had no seasoning. They also experienced the language barrier in trying to split their bill, as their waitress misunderstood their request and put everything except the appetizer on one bill. They were workshopping it for about 5 minutes, but I assume they eventually figured it out. I can definitely understand a difficulty in interpreting a different language, but as someone whose job it is to take orders and work with the person dining in, it was really unprofessional that so many things were forgotten about, misunderstood, or ignored throughout our experience. I can appreciate when the quality of food makes up for the shortcomings in service, but this time around our meals fell flat. I would give Deema 5 stars based on our last experience, and 2 stars based on this one, so I'll leave it at a solid 3.
