Earlier in the spring, I had 3 separate orders placed on the app where I ordered UNSWEET iced tea only to have the delivery driver call to tell me that there was no iced tea. The app clearly indicated that iced tea was available. Then, I have had orders delivered WITHOUT my ordered beverage. Then, I have had orders delivered in cups clearly labeled UNSWEET Iced tea but containing Sweet Tea. Until recently customer has worked to address the issues. They did work with the store to be sure to have tea available when the app says it is. On Thursday I ordered a meal plus UNSWEET Iced tea. The cup was clearly labeled UNSWEET. My first sip of the beverage was Sweet. I contacted customer service. Today, I have a email telling me to take the problem beverage back to the store for the store to make the issue correct. Today is Saturday. The beverage is down the drain. There is a reason I ordered delivery. Driving back to the store is not realistic. Customer service did not offer any resolution other than that.
