So, I don't think i've ever made a review before about a restaurant i've never really felt the need but honestly i've never experienced what i did today. I decided to drive 20 min to this location around 8:20 or so ended up ordering around 8:40. If you see the photo attached the hours clearly state 10:30am-10:00pm. So you could imagine my confusion when i go to order my meal and i'm faced with disrespect from a complete stranger. I order my meal that's fine and then i ask to add a milkshake because i didn't want a soda regardless it's what i asked for and i got hit with the coldest "i guess?" ever. I paused for a moment and asked back.. "you guess?" and the employee or whoever took my order replied with "Haha, yeah it's been a long day and we close in 10 minutes." around 8:40-8:45 when i placed my order. Not only does that mean your hours are posted incorrectly (how was i supposed to know otherwise posted?) You felt the need to be rude just because i showed up to order i guess an item that's inconvenient to make? Not sure. Even after being spoke to like that, i wasn't rude even though i probably should've been. I just wanted my food and didn't think going to a place to simply order, meant automatic disrespect. I was hoping to get a receipt to see a name but once i went to pay it was a very quick interaction almost like trying to avoid conversation with me. I just got my food and parked after. I sat there and ate my food in the parking lot for about 20-25 minutes and multiple i mean 15-20 cars came through the drive through and they continued taking orders past 9pm. So, you could imagine my confusion again after seeing so many cars come through the drive through well past 9pm (which i'm assuming is the time they actually close?) when that was my experience. Maybe i got lucky, not sure but it felt very uncalled for. I've worked in restaurants and food industry for a while and regardless of how tired i am, or how long of a shift ive had ive never talked that way to a customer let alone someone who was nice and treated me normally. We ordered on line. When we got to the restaurant, they asked us to pull aside and wait for our order. We waited, waited and waited. Finally my husband went inside and he was told it wasn't ready. Stopped by today to try the new chicken tacos, both the avocado ranch and the chipolte ranch, since we have been seeing the ads for them. Started to order, and the employee said they were out of the avocado ranch sauce. Decided to go ahead and just use regular ranch. Then, another employee said they didn't have the Chipotle ranch. Crazy to offer something new and not have everything you need to complete the order. I asked for a refund. The manager came up and processed the refund. Businesses wonder why they are going under. No apology or discount offered. When I asked for the refund for the total order, she said we do have the avocado ranch. By this time, I was frustrated. Driest tenders I've ever had from zaxbys. I've been eating them for years and never had it this bad. Fries weren't seasoned, tongue kicker sauce was horrible. Just salty and not very hot. Customer service from cashier was decent and he was nice. Sweet tea was sweet and cold. Food sucked big time. Ordered $30 worth of food Monday night and when we got home noticed the order was messed up. No sauce for the fingers, none of the fries we ordered, and no milk with the kids meals. Called the restaurant and waited on hold for the manager on duty. He was apologetic and promised to replace the whole meal if we came back within 7 days and brought our receipt. Came back in tonight and the manager on duty tonight saw the notes in their book about my call but refuses to honor their promise from Monday. She's giving us sauce for chicken we've already thrown out, fries, and milks for kids meals instead of the full order. For $15 worth of food they won't replace they have lost our business for good and don't deserve yours. Ordered fries and spicy fried mushrooms from the drive-thru--my daughter-in-law was craving something fried. The ordering process was very easy, and the clerk was very friendly and efficient. I usually go to Zaxby's and have a great experience but tonight was the exception. I got there about 15 minutes before they closed. I have just finished driving six hours from Atlanta and I'm hungry and I ordered a 10 piece chicken fingers tossed in sweet & Spicy Sauce. I tasted one in less than a minute after I got them and they were cold. I guess their standards aren't the same, the closer you get to closing time. I have taken it upon myself to finally write a review for this specific Zaxby's. Tigerpoint Zaxby's. Every time for the past year or two my Zaxby's order has never been good or correct. every time i try to give you guys a second chance, third chance or however, many chance, I always end up disappointed with my order. Either I missing one or more item and this has been almost every time. Whether that be a paper towels, or even the extra ranch, I asked for on the side it's always missing. but those are minor things that I personally can get over but when I nine out of 10 I tend to receive bad quality chicken. That's when I can no longer praise this company. For example once I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing with nuclear sauce, and my wings were burnt, almost as if I was given fried tree bark. They very hard to bite in and distasteful. Another time my chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. Many, many times of failed orders. I also have noticed that you have a lot of teenagers working for you, so that may be the reason why your food may not be as high-quality or you guys just don't put in enough effort to satisfy your customers and I know that a lot of people can agree with me. A lot of my family members can agree with me that your service and your quality of your food has been very horrible and I've been very highly disappointed. Ordered blackened blue salad with extra blue cheese crumbles and Mediteranean dressing along with a meal for my husband. Checked to make sure the crumbles were in the bag but didn't think I would need to check for dressing or fork. Neither were included so the salad went uneaten. Rolled up for the drive through and there are 8 teen employees in the parking lot playing chicken and twirling each other around. I wonder who is inside to make my order?? The entrance to the parking lot is very confusing as you have to make an immediate sharp right turn and circle the restaurant for the drive through. Seems like a potentially hazardous situation. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich, my fries were dry old and cold, my sandwich was missing lettuce and the bottom bun was soggy from tomato juices , when called to ask if they were out of lettuce and tell them quality was aweful , person apologized but offered no solution to fix order since it was before they were closing..I doubt adding new bun and missing lettuce would have taken that long , pissed I got home with unsatisfying meal along with no offer for money back, store credit or anything, other than yeah sorry we are closing .... read more

Zaxbys provides a nice assortment of chicken based meals from chicken wings to sandwiches to salads. Their chicken breasts are bordering on monstrous and would fill up the average individual and teens amid their growth spurt. Their salads are scrumptious and served on a real though shallow dish/platter. Wish they would add about 25%-50% more veggies. Their new 100+ flavor coke dispenser is always a hit with the kids but I prefer the old cherry soda because its on the light side out of the high tech soda machine. In comparison with Chick Fil A, both serve good chicken but to different demographics. Chick Fil A is simple good ole delicious chicken dishes while Zaxby's is a more modern but delicious flair to your average chicken dishes. So your choice as I patronize both. Zaxby's gets more of my business only because its less than half the distance compared to the nearest Chick Fil A. read more
