Ordered $30 worth of food Monday night and when we got home noticed the order was messed up. No sauce for the fingers, none of the fries we ordered, and no milk with the kids meals. Called the restaurant and waited on hold for the manager on duty. He was apologetic and promised to replace the whole meal if we came back within 7 days and brought our receipt. Came back in tonight and the manager on duty tonight saw the notes in their book about my call but refuses to honor their promise from Monday. She's giving us sauce for chicken we've already thrown out, fries, and milks for kids meals instead of the full order. I have just finished driving six hours from Atlanta and I'm hungry and I ordered a 10 piece chicken fingers tossed in sweet & Spicy Sauce. I tasted one in less than a minute after I got them and they were cold. I guess their standards aren't the same, the closer you get to closing time. I have taken it upon myself to finally write a review for this specific Zaxby's. Tigerpoint Zaxby's. Every time for the past year or two my Zaxby's order has never been good or correct. every time i try to give you guys a second chance, third chance or however, many chance, I always end up disappointed with my order. Either I missing one or more item and this has been almost every time. Whether that be a paper towels, or even the extra ranch, I asked for on the side it's always missing. but those are minor things that I personally can get over but when I nine out of 10 I tend to receive bad quality chicken. That's when I can no longer praise this company. For example once I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing with nuclear sauce, and my wings were burnt, almost as if I was given fried tree bark. They very hard to bite in and distasteful. Another time my chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. Many, many times of failed orders. I also have noticed that you have a lot of teenagers working for you, so that may be the reason why your food may not be as high-quality or you guys just don't put in enough effort to satisfy your customers and I know that a lot of people can agree with me. A lot of my family members can agree with me that your service and your quality of your food has been very horrible and I've been very highly disappointed. Ordered blackened blue salad with extra blue cheese crumbles and Mediteranean dressing along with a meal for my husband. Checked to make sure the crumbles were in the bag but didn't think I would need to check for dressing or fork. Neither were included so the salad went uneaten. Zaxbys provides a nice assortment of chicken based meals from chicken wings to sandwiches to salads. Their chicken breasts are bordering on monstrous and would fill up the average individual and teens amid their growth spurt. Their salads are scrumptious and served on a real though shallow dish/platter. Wish they would add about 25%-50% more veggies. Their new 100+ flavor coke dispenser is always a hit with the kids but I prefer the old cherry soda because its on the light side out of the high tech soda machine. In comparison with Chick Fil A, both serve good chicken but to different demographics. Chick Fil A is simple good ole delicious chicken dishes while Zaxby's is a more modern but delicious flair to your average chicken dishes. So your choice as I patronize both. Zaxby's gets more of my business only because its less than half the distance compared to the nearest Chick Fil A. read more

On a Sunday afternoon the parking lot was a lot more packed than usual. Luckily the service was still pretty fast. I ordered the 4 finger plate and once my food came out they mixed up my food with my wife's food. Food was still good and always inexpensive so I enjoy it.
