The food took awhile to get even though we ordered simple things. App came out at the same time as the dinner. The service was fine (side bar it's wild they don't allow their employees to eat, but pay full price), cheese sticks were mediocre with half not even having cheese in them and the entree was fine. We stopped in on New Year's Eve for a late lunch. We wanted table service and something other than a burger. We both were pleasantly surprised with our entrees. The fish and shrimp platter arrived with ample seafood, fries and what I was told a fresh Cole slaw. The crispy chicken and mac and cheese was very good, just wish the mac was a bit hotter in temperature. The portion was large and over half bagged up for lunch the next day. Not Beef. I visited this location on Jan.13 2026. I choose this restaurant because it was craving a steak. I ordered a 6 ribeye. Medium. I was served a pork chop. (I don't eat pork for health reasons). When the waitress/bartender seen that I was displeased with my meal she came over and asked if it was cooked to my satisfaction, I replied not not only is it very well,it is not Beef. Told her it was pork. The manager then came over and said she was taking it off my bill,and commented that everyone complains about that cut. I sad that's because it is pork not Beef. We don't sell pork she replied while staring at the pork on my plate. To sum it up,Neither the manager,supplier waitress, or the cook can tell the difference between beef and pork. The self destruction is nearly complete. We have gone here for 10 years. It used to be really good. Many older people I knew were regulars each week. However, the last several years there has been a steady decline in food and service. When we went 5 months ago the hot food was bad along with the salad bar. Yesterday we finally decided to go back. The salad bar, bless it, was just awful. It is not well cared for or refilled. When we got there an angry older man told us at the door "only go in if you want terrible service!". There was no one to seat us for several minutes. We were seated in the bar area, but the bartender ignored us and chatted with people at the bar for 6-7 minutes before coming over. It is just a pitiful restaurant now. I can't imagine it staying open much longer. read more

I placed a pick up order August 8, 2025 to be picked up at 5:00PM. Stopped by shortly before 5:00 only to find out they had not even begun to prepare the two meals. Then told they were sorry my selection (ordered at 4:00PM) was not available and a substitute was necessary. After the long delay I opened my bag at home to reveal that my order was not correct (Missing sides), and that my ONE beef rib was nothing but a really large beef rib bone with nothing but fat. There was no edible meat whatsoever present. The thin steak (Ribeye) that was included in the combo was only about 3/8" thick and consistancy of rubber. The only portion really edible was the roasted corn side. No, I did not call the establishment due to this has happened more than once at his location and now it's about time to stop considering this place for any food order. This is based on my actual experience (more than once), so customers beware, if you order a take out you need to examine your food carefully before leaving Ruby Tuesday's. read more

I enjoyed my salad bar and soup. It was very tasty and the ladies that helped us were very friendly , our food.came out quickly and was good. The restaurant is mid at best. Never tried Ruby Tuesday until now, I only ordered the chocolate brownie sundae explosion which was good at the first 10 bites, after that the flavor was overpowering and too rich, felt like i was eating a wine glass full of intense sugar overkill. My spouse had a 6 oz rib eye with mashed potatoes. The meat was tough even though it was requested to have it medium, that was surprising to me. I tried a piece, and it was saltier than what it should of been. Spouse also decided to order the Island Mai Tai, and i can smell they dosed that sucker with more alcohol content than what it needs even given how small the glass is, it was only sipped twice and the smell of alcohol was insane. On another note, I can see why the restaurant attracted all sorts of characters, there was at least 2 random diners releasing flatulence, and another kid with a family who fell asleep. The atmosphere was dull, and it was a weekend which didn't save them to attract more diners. It will be the first and last time we eat at a ruby tuesday. If you do decide to eat at that restaurant, make sure you get something that's easy to order and eat. read more

Ordered 2 nights ago. Steak and ribs combo. Ordered the steak medium rare and a loaded baked potato. The steak was so well done I could barely cut it with a knife. The potato was overcooked that I had to cut the skin away with a knife. So disappointing. Seems the only thing they have going for them is the salad bar. 0 stars!! I went there tonight (02/07/2025) with my wife and granddaughter. We ordered drinks, appetizer, and our food because the server said they were so busy. Our alcohol drinks were made and sitting at the bar for 10 minutes before our server had a chance to bring them to us. We were actually at a bar table, and the bartender had one customer, but could not bring us our drinks. We actually got our appetizer and my granddaughter's meal before any of us had drinks, even my granddaughter. My wife ordered the bourbon chicken and after 4 bites realized the chicken was not even cooked all the way. She actually wound up sick all night from it. Then, when I ordered another draft and old fashioned, the bar tender opened a bottle at first, and when the server told the bartender, she poured the bottle into a glass. And then the 2nd old fashion was so bad, I took one drink and set it at the end of my table. The bartender, nor the server, never asked me about this drink, which I paid for. ​ I will NEVER eat here again. I paid $120 for horrible service, and worse food. Out of convenience and laziness, we ordered from here. The issue isn't the quality of service, as it's been on time and the food was cooked how it was supposed to, but the quality of food is bad. We had the hickory bourbon chicken, ribs, Parmesan shrimp pasta, and sirloin. The bourbon chicken is passable but the ribs were dry and I sense they sat out for a long time under the lights or were cooked before shipping and then just heated up. For their supposedly marquee item, it was really bad. The Parmesan shrimp pasta was equally as bad. Tiny shrimp that were fishy. The sauce and pasta were fine but couldn't make up for the awful shrimp. Bourbon chicken was the best thing we had but still not good. Average but at least not awful like the shrimp and ribs. The sirloin was tough but had decent seasoning and cooked to order. Not wishing they close for the sake of the employees but wish it would close shop and hopefully something better goes in. You'll do yourself a favor and just take the time to cook dinner for yourself. read more

I posted a review Nov. 10th, 2023 about bad policies about their advertised specials. They told me to e-mail my detailed concerns to the address they are telling everyone to do. I haven't heard anything from them since then feel that was a total waste of my time. I was doing that so they could hopefully straighten out their problems. Now I see they are continuing to have bad reviews and we went again. We had to tell our waitress that our ticket to pay was wrong because we had given her a coupon for $ off that she didn't have on there. Makes you wonder if the Manager tells them to make mistakes like that so they make more money??? I truly want them to succeed but they definitely need a new Manager! read more

My friend and I dined there for lunch on Thursday, Jan 11, 2024. I ordered the 6oz ribeye with 1/2 pound snow crab combo, that included a baked potato. I asked for my steak to be cooked at medium. The steak came out well done and super dry. I suspect the cook is pressing the spatula against the meat while cooking it causing any juice to drain out, it was like powder. I sent it back and this time asked for a medium rare cook, hoping to get somewhere between medium rare and medium. They brought it out in a To Go container, maybe hoping I wouldn't open it until I got home. But, I had to know, so I opened it. That steak too, was well done but at least wasn't as dry as is predecessor. Part of their issue on trying to get a proper cook on the steak is that the steak was at best 1/2 inch thick. I don't think the cook understands how to baste, let alone when meat is cooked to the right temperature. When eating the second steak, it was also chewy. The crab legs were very skinny and you are given scissors to extract the meat with. The scissors have some kind of plastic covering on both outside edges that interfere with getting the blades into the shell because the blades, even at the tips, are too big, plus, they aren't very sharp at all, which is necessary when cutting crab shells. I ended up taking them home to eat where I have proper tools to use. That being said, when I got to actually eat the crab at home, it too, was overcooked and some of the meat looked desiccated, too give an accurate description. I will NEVER order a steak or crab from Ruby Tuesday again. I did enjoy the salad bar though, and the wait staff was good. I nearly forgot, the baked potato was mediocre. It had this oily taste and wasn't fluffy at all. I've gotten better results microwaving a potato at home... even better results at home when microwaving first, then rubbing with olive oil and salt on the exterior, then air frying the whole potato for 10 to 15 minutes. I was very disappointed overall. I'm not looking for the food to be Michelin star worthy, but I am looking for basic cooking skills that make the food palatable. read more

I showed up on a saturday night at 7:30 on may 21st with my family who consisted of 7 adults and 2 infants. There was literally no one in the restaurant yet it took an entire hour and a half to be seated. And then another 30 minutes just to get drinks and order food. It was a whole nother hour before we got our food and didnt even receive two of the appetizers I had ordered. After an entire hour the only thing to hit the table was one of the kids burgers. This is unacceptable. How could you be so understaffed and be ran so poorly on a Saturday night in Flordia. Wont be coming back. read more
