Soft scrambled, with a wonderful herbaceous flavor that elevated them to another level. And the bread...omg the bread. A split, I'm guessing brioche, seasoned lightly with garlic and herbs, that honestly I could just fill that with a little bit of butter and eat all day. This care and execution of the simple things done right already elevated this to a breakfast I will crave to come back too, but then you add the staff on top of that and it becomes a no brainer. Heather and Jay were working the counter and had no other reason to interact with me other than to take my order, but instead engaged with me during most of my meal.
