This is a terrible location. They are consistently out of beef. Three different visits they have been out of something. We saw the ad for gyro on t.v went there..guess what no gyro meat. Went there around 10pm the other night and a staff member had his mask on his chin wearing latex gloves touching money, his face, the order screen, his phone, my food and the counters with the same glove and never changed it and kept touching his face with no mask and his phone. I received my food and half my bun was wet like it was dipped in water(literally a half line, as if only half was dipped in water? WTF? Why?), it fell apart on my Ranch Chicken sandwich. Why do they hire children and let them run the night shift? This was a young African American male, he was very unprofessional and never changed his gloves and touched everything and then scratches there facial hair and cell phone and grabs his underwear and pants to pull them up and then touches my food. I love eating Arby's. I grew up eating it. But it's hard to enjoy your food when the customer service is complete trash. Both times I have been to this location I was not happy with their service. One time I went into the store and they were abrupt and rude. And then today we went to the drive thru. We were not greeted at the window and she did not say a SINGLE WORD to us. This was my first time coming in to this Arby's. We walked in to see an employee named "Thithi" (this is how it sounded) yelling at two male employees. There were two customers before me who hadn't ordered yet. None of us were acknowledged. I noticed the screen where the employees track the orders was full and had red lights flashing. I don't know much about the ordering system in fast food but I can imagine it wasn't good. While the female employee was yelling at the two other employees she said customers were waiting at least 30 minutes for food. It was quite unbelievable to be caught up in that situation. We ended up walking out and the gentleman in front of me also walked out. I hope someone does something about avoiding situations like this. It's not okay for employees to be yelled at in front of customers like children and it's not okay for customers to have to witness such unprofessional employees. read more

My husband & I just ordered The Mint Chocolate Shake in the drive through at the Arby's off of eastern, waited 10 minutes for the girl to tell us they don't have the the mint and not making them anymore!!! Place is a disaster. Skipped a year due to bad experiences when it came to shakes. Was craving the mint so thought we'd give it another shot. NOPE!! I know it's not the girls fault that took the order. But someone knew they are were out, do the decency to put a sign stating your out & or not serving it anymore. Even take it of your website. I have to tell you guys. Arby's is my equivalent to a personal lord and savior. Some people may say that it's not real beef but honestly, have you tried their Beef and Cheddars!?! It would barely affect me if they said it was roadkill off I80 in Nebraska. Mix that with their perfectly crispy potato cakes and really, why go anywhere else? The location is clean. The people are nice. No one judges me as I inhale cheddar covered beef doused in Arby sauce. Thank you for that. Five stars for everything. I think I'm pretty much done with this Arby's (possibly all Arby's in the Vegas/Henderson areas, based on the poor ratings of nearly all locations). Food is very inconsistent, and on days when the food is decent, who wants their order with a side of sneering attitude? The customer service is pretty atrocious, enough to sour your appetite. At most drive-thrus the order taker is competent enough to get your order right the first time. But here, even the most basic order requires having to repeat yourself multiple times. Then having to confirm your order again at the window. What? Really? What is going on at Arby's? Receipt directs any comments or concerns to a katief@lasvegasarbys.com but apparently emails go unanswered. Shame because they have the best fast food curly fries. Also if you happen to be driving by at night, be aware that all the Arby's signage and lights and parking lot can be completely dark (even when it's nowhere close to closing time). But enter the drive-thru lane and you'll find that they are indeed open. What kind of fast food places has no lights on the exterior at 8 at night? Purposely trying to deter potential customers? When the person that put order together apparently didn't check order and left out a sandwich plus his mask was not covering his mouth. Drove back and they were very nice and apologized about the sandwich was not in bag but yet the same guy gave me my sandwich again did not have his mask covering his mouth. So I ordered a sandwich, just a single item and added cheese for which I was charged. I was the only car in the drive thru. Here is a photo of my sandwich WITH OUT CHEESE! How can you screw up a single sandwich order when your store is totally dead? Of course by the time I drive home and notice the place is about to close. Very poor communicators. The guy at the window had to ask several times what we wanted. I ordered a regular roast beef with cheddar cheese sauce and you would have thought I'd ordered a unicorn that poops rainbows. He was so confused and had to ask if he could put cheese on a sandwich. I went inside to get sauce and I think she thought I wanted to order sauce. She was looking at the register and running her finger across it as if she was looking for the sauce button. I asked again and she pointed at the sauce dispenser and I said no, I want two sauce packets please. Finally, got through. Unfortunately, someone texted me and asked me to grab them some Arby's too. While waiting inside for my second order, there were 3 people standing around looking lost while one person made all the food. She looked like she was moving and I feel like she was doing a good job. Anyway, I don't blame the employees, I blame the training manager. Remember that next time you get upset. If they aren't doing something right, it's probably because they weren't taught how. Me and my father love the buffalo chicken sliders, I will usually order around 10 for both of us. Can't be the hardest thing to make right? They always say it'll be a few minutes wait because they have to make the chicken. I don't mind, but they seem bothered by it. They customer service is horrible. If I could give this no stars, I would. Much like many of my other reviews, it is based on customer service. If you are in a position that requires said skill, you should have it. If you don't, maybe switch a position in the place or look elsewhere for a job. That being said, the drive thru lady (Carol) was completely rude and managed to mess up our simple order of one chocolate shake. I tried to say hello and make small conversation while waiting, but she totally ignored me. She handed me the drink and didn't say anything. I told her to have a great day and she proceeded to walk away. I don't know if it's just a prerequisite to be a jerk to work at an Arby's, but it sure seems like it. I freakin love Arby's, but this has to be the worst one in town! Every time I go to this one, something is messed up or forgotten. Missing sauces/dressing, charged for a beef and cheddar, but no cheddar, cold fries, mozzarella sticks overcooked so it's just a hollow tube of breading, wrong drinks, etc. This place is only worth it since it is the closest Arby's for my roast beef cravings. Waited over an hour in drive-thru. When I finally got to window the person did not apologize for the long wait. I did not say anything at first but when she was gone for over 15 minutes. I was at this point not getting it. I called store to ask for manager and found out it was person on drive thru. I informed her that I was waiting at window and she said we are behind we will be with you. I was looking inside and the two employees that I did see where walking like there was no sense of urgency. They were so slow. She then finally appeared at window and said you have only been waiting for 15 minutes, I looked at her and said yes at the window. You of course are not counting time I provided you my order. I was wanting to try Arby's since it has been a while since I came in. I selected Eastern thinking I would get better service than where I was which was closer to Las Vegas area and wanted to avoid the line. I am super disappointed with manager who did not care about how I as a customer felt and her disregard for my wait and everybody else's. I will never come back to Arby's. Man! How is this place so consistently bad? Is there a manager working during any shift? I ordered 4 roast beef and cheddar meals through the drive thru and received 4 with no cheddar. I wasn't told ahead of time that they were out of the correct bun and the staff is so slow it's as if they don't want to sell food. The fries were reheated so they became spongy and no surprise, they just put cheddar on the original sandwich so it was cold when I got home. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. I told her it wasn't 11 yet & she said on her clock they were closed & then I asked why if it's not 11 yet.
