I can't say about this particular location.In general, this is more a generalization of their menu items. Particularly the pulled pork sandwich. There was absolutely zero barbecue flavor in the pork itself. There were zero smoke. It would be nice if it even resembled the picture. But they gave you a package of barbecue sauce on the side, which is not the same thing as putting it on a sandwich and then roasting the pork. A little disappointed tonight. Mobile ordering went fine. Food was ready for pickup at the promised time. When I grabbed the bag, it seemed light. Upon inspection, it was the wrong order. The lady behind the counter quickly packaged up my order and sent me on my way. When I got to the car, I decided to double-check. Sure enough, the au jus was missing...can't have French Dip without au jus. So, I went back inside and got the missing jus. After a quick drive home, I ate my dinner. From ordering, to the food, to the customer service, it was great! I placed an order online for pickup and was happy to see 25% off your order for first time users! We ordered the smokehouse bbq meal, chicken bacon swiss meal & 2 chicken wraps. When I arrived, my drinks were waiting for me and I only waiting an extra minute for my food. There was an older gentleman there who was extremely nice and welcoming! I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him and hope this Arby's can pass along the compliment to him. Today my caregiver and I were out shopping and had lunch at Arbys in Hillsboro, near WinCo. I got the special with a roast beef sandwich, cheese sticks and dip, a peach dessert stick and curly fries. I work right across the street from this location so I've been here a few times over the last year or so. And I'm not exaggerating when I tell you every single time I have eaten lunch here the fries both curly and crinkle have been old and Luke warm at best. The service is fine at best and the ambience is that of a fast food restaurant(no surprise haha) the roast beef sandwiches which are my favorite have always been good, but I don't think it's too much to ask for fresh food. I get it I have worked fast food, and managed a chain restaurant and so I know that the one thing everyone will complain about is cold, nasty fries especially when it isn't even busy. So, I am not really an Arby's fan. You knew I would say that, right? Growing up I would get potato cakes, Arby's sauce, ( like a vinegary ketchup) and a diet soda and call it good. Then I married a guy who had worked at Arby's when he was in highschool and he had all the stories. Nope. No thanks. Shiver. Over the last few years though, especially when I drove all over for my job and had limited options, I will occasionally get a " market fresh"( ie cold) sandwich from them, either turkey and swiss or chicken salad which has pecans in it. I think there is fruit too, apples and grapes. This last visit I got the turkey and pulled all the veggies off ( I am on a no raw veggies restricted diet from my doctor sigh) and what was left was decent wheaty bread, a good amount of roast turkey slices, swiss cheese, mayo, and mustard. I scraped some of the too generous dollop of condiments off. It was fine. They had sweet potato waffle fries too. I am not supposed to eat fried things right now but I tried one and it was pretty good. ( ssh dont tell the doctor). So, if you get stuck and wind up at Arby's, the turkey sandwich is a reasonable choice. read more

Mac and cheese was very disappointing. Order came in a tiny cup and looked awful. I asked for a refund and the toothless lady at the counter on Butler, just said "Sorry no manager here today. Have a nice day". She then turned to her co-worker and said "another customer thinking they are going to get what's in the picture" I didn't think that was very good customer service! Wow. Horrible customer service. When we got into line tonight, there were two cars ahead of us in the drive thru. After 10 minutes of waiting for the first car to move, we tried to back out, but there is no way to get out of the drive thru once you are in the line. There is also no lane to go around. After 20 minutes or so, we finally got to order. The drive thru worker would initially not allow us to order a meal. We had to explain how meals work. So we ordered a 3 chicken strip meal with fries and a Dr. Pepper, and also an order of mozzerella sticks. The employee at Arby's argued that we could not order a meal AND mozzarella sticks. My husband screamed that he wanted mozzarella sticks. It was included with our order, and we pulled forward. At the window, we were almost given the wrong order entirely. Absolutely the WORST for customer service and in these times of covid the worst possible food handling etiquette I have ever seen. First they short me by giving me a single beef and cheddar when I ordered and paid for a double. Then because they required hand over their mistake through the drive through window and I tell them I dont want another sandwich after seeing their lousy sanitation practices as they're taking things in and out of the window using the same pair of gloves then touching my food without changing gloves they decided to refund not just my sandwich but the ENTIRE ORDER, thereby charging me twice for their mistake!!! My husband sat in the drive thru over 25 minutes in Hilllsboro on Butler. I called the store 8 times while he was waiting and the line was just busy. It is 99 degrees out at 5:15 pm and all people want is some dinner and to go home to their families. My husband ended up going to the Del Tacos and Sonic for us instead. Food is decent and typical of any other Arbys. However, i have concerns over their hand washing procedures and not using latex gloves which is important at this point in time with Corona virus. They have a sink next to milkshake machine which you can see from drive thu window. I saw employee barely get his hand wet (less than 2 seconds with no soap) under sink spout. Then he procedes to wipes down my entire jamocha milkshake cup with his bare hands and a napkin because he made a mess of the shake. The food is really good, but the true stars here are the manager Steve and his crew. Better service than some regular sit-down restaurants. They all take amazingly great pride in their restaurant, keeping it clean and being welcoming and friendly to all. Very much a rarity these days. Way above and beyond any other fast food place I've ever been to. If it's not too busy, Steve will even check on you and offer to clear your table for you. They have a bell near the entrance that says to ring it if you get good service. That bell is ringing all the time! read more
