Of the three Arby's stores in the area, this appears to be the newest, but unfortunately also the least well managed. There were no other customers inside the clean dining room and pickup area, but my online order wasn't ready at the appointed time. I enjoyed the Greek Gyro meal, but it should have been hotter and it lacked the traditional white sauce available at any halal cart or restaurant. Just sayin'. As I ordered two drinks, I requested a carrying tray, which wasn't provided. They also lacked my preferred soft drink (Diet Dr. Pepper). The Potato Cakes were good as an alternative to fries. The Vanilla Shake was thin and watery - not worth the special rewards price of $1.99, let alone the regular listed cost. Not a car in the parking lot or drive thru and I still waited in drive thru for five minutes before anyone even said hold please.

The manager sucks and needs to talk better to the employees. She was also very loud and unprofessional and the establishment was very dirty starting with the floors and up to the ceilings. The prices of the food were very high. I would never go there again. When we got the food it was cold and part of the order was wrong. There was no Ketchup, salt, pepper or mustard for the sandwiches. This establishment should be closed due to health reasons. This establishment does not deserve any stars. Went to go grab some lunch around 230 today 5/2 to be rushed at the order screen, after politely asking to give us a few minutes, the older manager gave us not even a few seconds to ask if we were ready, we than asked to please give us a few minutes, she proceeded to respond not even a minute later "hello are u there" very very disrespectful. We asked the lady to please give us a few minutes and we are looking at the menu and she proceed to give us a nasty attitude, we drove to the window to discuss her attitude and the lady pretty much shut the window on us. Do not recommend this place unless u want shitty people taking care of u. This lady should be fired for the way she's talking to the public. read more

Horrible experience! I filed two complaints with Arby's corporate with no response. The person taking orders was goofing off with the other employees inside the store while another employee was pranking them in her car in the drive-thru. While everyone was having fun, the person working the drive-thru window dropped a milkshake on the floor and it was still there when we left. The cashier had a cavalier attitude and finally asked what I wanted. I had a birthday coupon for a free curly fries and small shake with the purchase of a sandwich. I handed him the coupon and said I wanted a free curly fries and small shake. Before I could order my sandwich, he said I needed to order a sandwich to get the free items. I said I wanted to order two half pound roast beef sandwiches. I also added a crinkle cut french fries and another small milkshake. It took him forever to ring the items up. The cost of the roast beef sandwiches were different prices. Perhaps the second one was discounted as a combination meal since I ordered curly fries and a small shake with it. I don't know. We waited for quite some time before we got our order. In the meantime, the employee who was pranking her co-workers at the drive-thru, came into the store with her five children and stood at the counter with her arms folded waiting for someone to cater to her. The person making our order, who was also the cashier, came over and handed her five plastic cups to get free drinks for her children, that were running wild in the store. We waited a while and finally got our order. We left the restaurant and came home. The food was so bad that it was thrown away. The only thing consumable were the milkshakes. The roast beef sandwiches had buns that were either microwaved or very stale. They were hard as a rock and you couldn't eat them. The roast beef was burned on the edges, very dry, and contained a lot of fat. They were absolutely disgusting. The crinkle cut french fries that I ordered were burned. They tasted like they had been already cooked and were put back into the fryer to heat them up and that caused them to be dark and not taste good at all. I notified Arby's corporate office twice. I sent my receipt along with pictures of the horrible food and they never responded to my two complaints. Apparently, Arby's really does not care about customer service. read more

After ordering the guy forgot his mic was still on and started sulking to a coworker because I came to the drive through near closing. They didn't have several soda flavors, no lemonade, and no chocolate milk for the kids meal. After ordering I checked my bag and they forgot the fries with the combo, he insisted I didn't say the combo when I did since he gave me the drink, then charged me a full amount for a side of fries and not the discount rate for the combo included. Both times giving back the change he stood primarily inside and wouldn't reach out the window like it was a nuisance to hand my change back I had to crawl out my car window practically. I've had attitude problems at this location before but bad mouthing customers over the mic cause you want to go home, over charging a side, and refusing to stand closer to the window and making someone reach inside for their change is ridiculous. Just glancing through the drive through window it's always a mess and the health inspector should visit more often for a fairly new establishment. I got home and I asked for arbys sauce and he threw in mustard which was for my daughter and she didn't want it. I always loved arbys, but this place makes me take my business else where. read more

I love when I order a large sandwich and get home to discover a nice tasty regular sandwich. It's delicious but I would like to get what I paid for. This happens all the time and needs to stop... I understand they get busy and it's hard to cut meat between the orders. If you can give me a lrg order of curly fries and a lrg drink it's not an accident. I like Arby's food. The service at this location, #8640 is horrible. I pull up and the drive up line is very long so I go inside. Wait at least 5 minutes to have my order taken with only one person ahead of me. Then I wait 15 minutes while the food is made, nothing crazy, a fish sandwich and a classic roast beef sandwich. While waiting I see four employees. Two making food at a snails pace. One of the cooks had pants falling down literally halfway down his buttocks. The drive up cashier was standing around doing nothing at all instead of jumping in and help with food prep. The indoor cashier, also standing around doing nothing, she also could have helped with food prep. I felt sorry for the drive up patrons as they faced longer waits than I did. This location will fail, which is a shame because I like Arby's food. This location need's a clandestine visit from corporate management.
