When I asked them about it at the counter, they were more than happy to make it no-bun/wrapped in lettuce burger! Now, I can see the concerns other Yelpers have about staff laziness/competency. Like I said above, my visit was very tame in that there were maybe 2 orders before me and I didn't have to wait too long for mine to come out. But if I'm being objective, it could have come out a lot sooner than it did, and I can definitely see them being backed up had they had more orders than just a few. I generally like to base my reviews on quality/taste of the food only, unless the said places are 4-star restaurants that warrant the inclusion of their 4-star staff services. If it's a fast food place and their staff quality is sub-par, it's fine as long as they don't make my burger soggy right off the grill. To that point, FG has never disappointed me with their burger quality.
