The young men and women working here appear to be doing a good job. The owner and manager deserve a D- . The ice machine for the self serve drinks in the dinning area has been out of order for over a week, some of the drink dispensers leak and operate poorly with no sign or heads up from the counter person. Some people just hate their jobs & clearly it showed when my mom, son, and I ordered to go. I won't even go into the girl that waited on us, maybe she was just having a bad day, but her ppl skills need adjusting. They didn't have lids for drinks, and apparently had a shortage in lettuce. I ordered a #11 (turkey Swiss Market place sandwich) can we first add the fact that there was no Swiss on a sandwich with Swiss in the title!! My thrown together sandwich came with soggy left over lettuce that looked like it was smeared across the ground and turkey that wasn't even placed on my soggy bread, plus Dijon mustard that was more on the wrapper. Arby's in this town run hot & cold, this one is no different. Cashier seemed more interested in talking with previous customer than focusing on taking my order. As the hot & cold go, nuggets were hot, fresh& crispy but the fries were cold and limp (and WAY over salted). I had low expectations to start with so I wasn't disappointed... they met them. read more

Met an employee in basketball shorts mopping the floor who said the dining room was closed so I got back in my car and went through the drive through where I was told that ROAST BEEF was off the menu. Basically the reason people show up to Arby's is for their roast beef. So needless to say, this was a terrible experience. Keep up the good work! The staff was friendly and the food is what you would expect from an Arby's. Poor rating though because it was just a mess inside. It was hard to find a clean table, trash all over the floor and trash bins literally spilling out on to the floor. There were several employees working and we were the only ones in the dining area. Nobody was making an effort to clean up. I also want to mention the knife and spoon bins were empty and there was spilled sauces all over the condiment counter. RANT! My most recent visit had to be the worst experience at an ARBY's ever! Any fast food restaurant for that matter. About 8:20pm after waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes (only 2 cars ahead of me) a young lady took my order. She was very pleasant and professional. I ordered my usual... Turkey Gyro with no onions, Lemonade and Cherry turnover. I used my debit card and asked for my receipt, to which the young girl who took my order, said it will be in the bag. After a few seconds, she asked me again for my debit card, after I had already paid. And I didn't have a receipt for verification, and Aiden repeatedly said my receipt would be in the bag. Aiden was handing me a medium cup, but first asked me if I ordered Water or Sprite, I said Lemonade, he took it back. At 8:45pm, my order was passed to me. Gyro not only had onions, it was soggy, got Lemonade with no ice and Apple turnover... and, still no receipt. I told the young girl my order was wrong, she apologized, and handed me a Lemonade with more ice. Aiden was standing at the window laughing. My order finally came 5 minutes later, it was correct. Aiden handed it to me... laughing continued. He saw me look at my order, asked me if it was correct, I said yes. Again, I asked for my receipt. He handed it to me and I told him it says Cash Sale. He abruptly interrupted me and said that's how we do it - my receipt said Turkey Gyro, no onions, Medium Lemonade and Apple Turnover. This is when I asked his name and asked to speak to the Manager, he said her name is Trish, but she wasn't there. He claimed to be the Supervisor, and continued to laugh as I expressed my dissatisfaction, then he closed the window and walked away - Never not once, did he apologize. It was apparent he was clearly in a rush since closing time was nearly approaching. Perhaps your Staff was having an off night and could pay better attention. However, for someone who is supposed to be in a position of management, Aiden could use an attitude adjustment, not to mention a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE. #VeryDissatisfiedCustomer read more

We come to this Arby's on Newport highway because it is convenient. It is the first fast food restaurant we come upon as we enter Spokane from the Chattaroy area. We enjoy the specials. What we really don't enjoy is the always very, very, very, very cold dining area. We were in there last week when two women came in shivering as we were. We just ate there again today and made sure to bring some flannel shirts with us so we wouldn't totally freeze. When I mentioned something to the young man that took our order he just replied, "well, it gets pretty hot back here." We waited over 15 minutes for our order and noticed a couple that came in minutes after us receive their order of the very same menu items. My husband had to go up to the counter and ask for our order. It had been sitting there. I got the feeling that I had made the young man at the register angry with me for saying anything. My husband and I spent the day helping friends move out of their house. It was very hot outside. On returning from 2nd dump run, I started to feel unwell (I am diabetic). We stopped at Arby's on Newport Highway, Mead and ordered. The young lady behind the counter took our order and then approached me with a small order of fries. I had wanted just the meat not the bun. They charged me 1.20 more for the same 5 oz of meat that comes on a Mid Roast Beef sandiwich. I could of bought the whole sandwich for 4.79 but didn't want to waste food. I called a couple of the other Arbys in my area and they charge for the sandwich price of 4.79 for just the 5 oz. of meat, therefore I don't have to waste the bun. The food was mediocre to bad. I had a chicken slider that was dry and not even on a slider bun. They cut a french dip bun in half I guess. The floor and tables were filthy. There were at least 20 disgusting flies landing every where. Will never eat there again. read more

I pick up a double roast beef sandwich at this Arby's almost every week on my way back from Spokane. Ordinarily I would give them 4 stars. When I ordered it today, I was told it was a different amount than usual. When I got to the window, I asked the young lady if she had heard my order correctly - a double roast beef sandwich. She said yes. I asked why it was more - it was posted on the menu board at $5.99 plus tax and that shouldn't be $7.28. She said she thought the prices went up because minimum wage went up. When I got home, I was given a double roast beef with cheese and that was what was on the receipt. I'm all for having patience with new employees, but they have to listen to their customers and they need to know the menu. I like the roast beef sandwiches, but I can't stand the "cheese" sauce. Sandwich was ruined and I wasted my time and $7.28. If the manager reads this, the time posted on my receipt was 16:27 on April 24th. read more
